I lived in this place for more than 5 years of which I never had problems with anyone .. kristy the manager is the nicest person I know, she gets mad when you make her mad ... I miss this place since my children grew up here

I have lived here since 2003 and I have to say that it wasn’t bad as it is now at 12 am till 5 am people would be on the parking lot making ruckus but this started ever since one house down from where I live started to rent and now people come who don’t live here and stay at the parking lot with loud music I wouldn’t mind if it’s daylight but when the hour to sleep is too much and the manager isn’t doing anything about it

A dump. Feral cats everywhere. It should be raised to the ground and proper low cost housing should be built in its place. Humans shouldnt have to live like that in America no matter what they earn.

The staff are helpful and the maintenance guys keep the property looking great.

I live in Tavares Cove and I personally love it.Every where has there up and downs, Its a place you get to see one anothers family grow.And the ladies at the office are awesome Crissy and Nicki, they always listen and try to do their best to help you out.The yard men are hard workers and keep the place cleaned up and always wave at you, very nice guys.Its a place we feel welcome and we welcome others.Im proud to be apart of Tavares Cove.

Big neighborhood. Lots of space. Not so easy to access and the laundry lacks maintenance.

It was a great place to live, looked real nice. Now, it looks good once in awhile.

They have drug trafficking in this trailer park. They also have men who are hiding here from law enforcement as they have rap sheets a mile long. Woman beaters, child abusers, pedophiles and those that keep building w/o permits. Its such a shame that the manager hides everything from the police.
