Joe wolf is going to make such a huge improvement and impact on this community it will be a complete 360 make over. New homes new roads a awesome friendly professional staff ready to help improbe day by day this lake shore community and so much more.

Guy with the E350 Benz who lives in the trailer next to the laundromat trades dope for sex and develops his human trafficking hobby and has operated out of this park for quite some time...so thats probably why this lot is affordable

For many years this trailer park was owned by the Mall family. Any problems that arose were handled in a fare friendly manner . Unfortunately the trailer park was sold to Lakeshore management . These people do not know what a good and fair way of dealing with problems are. They don’t even know the meaning of human rights . On morning that they took over the trailer park at 7 o’clock in the morning they were pounding on the door like Nazis !! With no notice of coming on my rent paid in full homeThe manager of the trailer park continues to scream that she owns the park which is a bald-faced lie . She continues to right violations of the leases that don’t exist . This was a happy thriving community Did need some work ? Yes but I liked living in a neighborhood where I knew my neighbors, Landlord and could rely on thier help at any time . They have taken all the amenities away with no explanations Cut down 75-year-old protected trees Without a care of the community . When you ask for explanations of what’s going on in your community where you live in, you are told I don’t have to tell you anything... At one point I love living in this community I now want to move as fast as possible and I suggest anybody looking for a mobile home park to stay clear of this park and to look at any other parks owned by Lakeshore management and stay clear of those as well . In my opinion lakeshore management should have their license revoked to manage anything . And be ran out of the state of Florida that’s how deplorable they are . unprofessional, unrealistic, and untrustworthy . And if you read the reviews like I have, you will see the same review over and over again Sadly Casaloma has become a ghost town due to the actions of Lakeshore management . It is so ignorant that management can’t get my name spelled right on the notices they keep posting on my door, or that just shows the level of the unprofessional?? I continue to deal with it I didn’t have a choice but you do.

Ok this place is nice and its a smaller community in a nice location with a decent price that is increasing to 600 amonth beginnin sep 1st.it was recently sold tho to new management that has made it take a dive since taking over so now many tenants have packed up and left especially those in motor homes and travel trailers bc new management refuses any new ones too and on top of that they closed the swimming pool in the middle of summer makin all sorts of excuses as to why, told multiple tenants they will not maintain it and have even placed pad locks on the doors surrounding it so now many ppl are very upset that they can no longer enjoy the one thing this place has to offer with family and friends bc they choose to ignore input or tenants feelings.i dont want to diss this place and not all management of a companys bad its just sad to see how a place can go downhill so quickly and all travelers should be welcome since that is how money is nade whether they own a camper or mobile homethey are still renting a lot so either way they are the bread and butter of property rentals..if there werent so many issues id give it a 5 star but until the pool is available for everyone to enjoy again and improvenents are made itll stay a 3.....

The previous owner sold it for 6.3 million? Crazy, only was dropping off a tool to help a friend of a friend. Saw some ducks that were crossing the road, they even looked dirty! Next to a canal, mosquito filled bad area!

Under New Management looking completely different place.Is a better Community.

Stayed there for a few nights. Was quiet even during season. Old Florida but clean.
