The new house numbers were great. The streets all didnt have signs and we had trouble.

Was invited to a party at the club house and it was huge.Very clean .Lots of dancing space.Only thing was it was hot inside.Other wise I would have given it a 5 star.

It getting better place to live and visit people, before didnt like to go there ....but its getting better.

My first time in that community serving with my brother angel from @ we believe Ministry and the people in that Community are awesome friendly and kind

Worst management ever.. they lie about evictions.. demand people sell their tv for rent and never even turn them into evictions..so they end up profiting all the extra money these immigrants are giving them under false pretenses.. managment is fully aware of the illegal immigration issue in this neighborhood and they use it to profiteer off them without legal repercussions

The customer service is great the office people are very helpful theyll even look out for you whenever you need an extra hand the maintenance guys are awesome everythings good with this place administrative wise but our way under budget to improve the way this park looks and you could not pay me enough to deal with the kind of people that they deal with everyday the neighborhood is very run down complicated people the sheriffs office is always in there every weekend because someone got stabbed or shot or shot hat the Sheriffs Office helicopters always flying over this area not a place I would recommend to live the price is tolerable but you do not want to your children growing up here I do not recommend this place unless you absolutely have no other choice and are very very low income

I been living there for 10years & I think it was the best years of my life . It was scary, it was “dangerous” you can say but the people who work there are very nice people . Over the years it changed for the better . It’s a trailer park so don’t think you going to a 5star hotel . You’re paying for what you getting and you just got to make the best of it . My whole childhood life was in that community & I had a good time . After a while you get to see the kids play at the park, having a good time at the pool or taking Zumba classes. Ice cream truck goes by people sell food or gives out food to help out each other. You have to be careful every where . Not just in case de monte . Everyone knows everyone in there. It’s hard for certain people to understand

I spent most of my childhood growing up in Casa del Monte, off 64th Drive South. This was back in the mid to late 90s, early 2000s. It was a little bit run down, but there were plenty of nice people living there. I have such fond memories of spending afternoons at the pool, and exploring the neighborhood. I would love to go back and visit someday soon!

Its dirty and somebody was killed the next day I moved in by the mailbox they cut your water off without letting you know u can only have a cable company they provide

No street lights thru out the neighborhood alot of cars speeding but great security that patrols up and down each street all night long...And security is very friendly and welcoming!!!

This place is pretty shady at best. Although there are many nice honest living people within the trailer park it is in a pretty bad neighborhood. It is also cluttered with mess and in the need of some work.

If you were looking to get shot, stabbed, or ripped off by your drug dealer this is the place to go! Fun for the whole family: children getting jumped on the way to the bus stop, teens getting hustled by drug dealers, women solicited by shady looking men, and fathers trying desperately to defend their houses from being broken into at night.

Very nice Church services on Sundays 12:30 p.m. Spanish and English.

Thier food pantry is unfair.. They give the food supposedly thru a # system .. And you are given a # between 1-1:30 pm. Then go back pickup food between 4-5. .. They lied !!! This fat nasty Spanish man stopped me and a neighbor from going in... Supposedly no food left.. We started to leave and all of a sudden 2 more showed up recieving boxes of food .. I guess cause we were white. We are not getting anything .. The BIG MAN stated 1 woman works there so she gets a box and the other called taking bus ...I asked why..b3 different stories .. Went inside and seen they had food ..other man says I will give U some food if you just drop all about them giving and taking food to favorites.. It was sooo unfair...bNow going. Make a complaint. You all need to know .. Also this man Lol. States he pays for all this food and truck to deliver it to us Ppl . said caliing cops ..vWho do I speak to about this in Casa del Monte ... Or I will ask a family who works for the state... We need to Clean up Casa del Monte .... Thank you
