This Plaza is awful. You dont want to leave there unless you are in a bad economic situation. Managers are criminal and they will steal your money orders . They collect money orders for rent payment and dont give receipts. They decide to whom to give a receipt or a letter demanding payment again!!! I wonder if the owners of this Plaza are aware of this reviews of harassment. Current manager: Evelyn Roman.

I been here since 2009 it was a good place to leave before very thing was calmed no loud neighbors the management was good now it sucks rent for lot is too expensive and no good maintenance around no pool crazy people from day care speed like it’s 95 no lights we need more security something we had before now we don’t!!!

I lived in the park from 2000 to 2005 and had no problems at all . They were very helpful after the hurricanes when I lost my home.When I moved back in 2009 things were radically different. The park harassed me at all turns even though I was never late with the rent. They raise the rent every year at least 15 dollars and usually more, average 20 to 25. When I moved in in 2000 the rent was 327, when I moved in 2014 it was 565. They make it impossible for you to sell your home by denying anyone who wants to buy it. One guy they had already approved to buy one of their homes but told him he needed a co-signer to buy mine.I have never received my deposit back and they will not answer the phone so the next thing I am going to do is call the BBB and my Lawyer who I have had to have send them letters about there methods before.There were two murders in the park within one month of each other in 2010. One was 50 feet from my bedroom window. The other I dont know anything about but told that they were from the same family, they raised the rent 26 dollars that year.

Its nice enough but the speed bumps are so aggressive. Speaking as a visitor. Not someone that lives there.

LOT RENT IS 650$ A MONTH My yard is a highway Worst place to live only Mexicans there they park all over the streets play stupid music till 3am they all have dogs that run wild the management does nothing about it and I know I live here my wife and I cant wait to leave and Im making my place unlivable before I go Ill be Damned if they move in my home and distroy it like they do there own homes and properties this place is a dirt hole stinks and trashy stay away
