Honestly the worst place to live The manger sucks at his job i’ve had my car broken into & there hasn’t been any measures to increase security or At least make it safe for anyone there. There’s parties nearly every night that go on until 2 am ‘ there’s so many stray cats & dogs there’s that it’s insane.

The manager its not a fear and honest person will try to charge you for everything you do.I highly recommend to stay away from this place.He called my wife and scream at her over the phone very unprofessional and uneducated person.

A lot favoritism .you want to do a nice work to improve the mobile home you get denied while other people has things others dont get permission to build ... people has junk out their houses and other that maybe has bycicles are about to get a 50 to 70 dollars penalty....and when comes to park they do it everywhere no control...and I can keep on going but theres a waste of time ... maybe I should get a lawyer to see if I can get equal opportunity as a other owners......

Im going to say somthing ok lk at this parck the maneger msr oscar is a pedefiel ok he repe a lil gr in barnet long time agow ok he stills from the peoples here ok hos son in lw stais at his trailer ok n msr oscar dont stay there on top dis man comes in front of all peoples and says that iff ani one ds a family brth day or nw mater wat if is in your home you got 2 pay 150$ or yoi get a get a fee for doing it wt out lenting hem nw he is doing frod. And 1. Ting my father use 2 work there 4 all most 10 years. And my grand father wast kick out bks. Off oscar. And my fathere will love to talk to yall. Horrible management speeding and lots of loud music but security is here on the weekends and they do an amazing job when they are to stop the speeding and drinkers at the lakeside

The manager in this place is racistWill give you a ticket if you have a trailer in your own property if your Spanish although he is Puerto Rican he treats Spanish people like idiots and wont say nothing to the couple of white people who live in this trailer park he treat my mom like an ignorant he screamed​ at her on her face my mom dont ever have a problem with no body she is a sweet lady and he wont even give his boss phone number please do something about it very disappointed!!!!
