The office is very disrespectful with potencial buyers!! They say one thing over the phone and then another thing in person!! What kind of professionalism is this? It s seems that we have to live in a deceiving world!! Please show some respect to customers and don’t play dumb games!!

They make it impossible to rent . Tell you one thing then retract their words.

Too many surprising fees tacked on. Very expensive and gets worse every year. New owners, bought out our land. Their only interest is bringing in double wide poor quality homes. No screened porches, no room to put one. All look the same. Not an open feeling driving down the street, they are putting homes so close to road. Sprinklers get road all wet so my car gets dirty. Waiting for improvements that we were promised. Difficult to get an answer from office. Security car has a bright green (chartruse) light on top of car you can see for at least 3 blocks. 55+ nice residents.

This place has been purchased by Equity Lifestyle Properties — A publicly held company out of Chicago. They will ask you to assume leases you do not receive a copy of. Getting anything in writing from these folks is almost impossible. When you finally do, their sales staffs spoken word does not match the written documents. Have everything checked by your own attorney. Don’t even think of believing what you’re told.The entire park is in Riviera Beach although the sales staff will tell you it’s in West Palm Beach.The park itself is adequate but certainly not impressive. The whole place has a very downscale feel. The residents are a terrific mix of wonderful people. Had it remained a Co-Op, it would be a different story.Buying here and allowing Equity Lifestyle Properties to raise your rent every year at way above the rate of inflation is a terrible risk. At another Equity Life Properties 55+ park here in Palm Beach County, they just announced a 6% increase in rent in a year where inflation is under 2%. Really? Three times the inflation rate. At that rate, rents would double in approximately 12 years. Are senior citizens incomes rising 6% each year?Steer clear of this place. It’s a risk very few seniors can afford to take!

Palm lakes is a beautiful mobile home park.. the community is gated for extra security!

Its a great place to live if your 55 and older

Not the nicest staff. Was hung up on, remained professional and calm. Hopefully new owners have better regards to serve the public.

Excellent location; very clean faculty and lots of activities to keep an individual busy if one chose too.
