I live here and it’s really great! The management is always out helping and monitoring the neighborhood and all my neighbors are nice and everyone keeps to themselves!

Management allows 8 people in a 2.5 person home. Over taxed infrastructure due to permissible over population. Non regulated additions to homes will self destruct in next Hurricane causing damage to next door homes. Who is going to regulate Agoraphobic manager at her first ever management position?

It was clean and the place was calm it has a view of the lake on the right side of the homes. The circus sets up right next to it so you can walk to it.

Ive been here for 15 years. This company doesnt seem to care about the place. The pool area looks like a cheap motel. People speed through here dont even look where their going. The maintenance and clean-up of this place is appalling at best.

Palm beach colony is a great place to live unless you live near lot 25. The girl that lives there constantly stalks her nieghbors and management ignores the problem. Update:The property manager is way above having just even a pinch of humility. She will force a nice little story on you trying to rudely prove a point, but when the tide turns and you prove that what she acuses you of is not true, she will stick to her rudeness and never admit fault. Even when a simple apology is all that she needs to do to resolve the issue. Update. As of 10/3/20. Property manager still refuses to apologize for being so rude.

Was once a beautiful place to live, but now, if you aint Brown, They put you down.They are hassling all the Grandfathered in homes, in an effort to have you move, so they can charge new tenants twice the rent... SAD

Quiet neighboor hood for being in the city.

I dont think anyone should purchase a trailer where there is no privacy every week theirs a problem cant have to many pets cant have to many kids if you do.You get charged extra they are money hungry. You guys have to be more clear when you have buyers make sure they understand what they are getting Into, as like rent goes up every year and the extra fees you include on top, you sell these trailer to family and not expect them to have family event not only that they have a certain amount per houshold. So if your family huge go somewhere else, here come what i say is the worst part.They have a bald headed men hes cuban with a yellow truck that does what ever he pleases. He has a favor for some certain people. He is not a cop, he should not be watching the neighbors every move your kids cant even play in peace beacuse it bothers him. I think you should have a policy over 65 year old can purchase a trailer.How can you respect someone that has not filter in how he speaks hire someone civil for your complexe. I understand you want safety but how can you have safety if the same men who is hired to protect his society attacks them. What position was he hired for? Maitance men or the security gaurd?

Very tight nit neighborhood good standards as to what a house should look like nice pool multiple good spots for fishing just a nice place in general.

I have lived here for a year and a half and i would not recommend this park, a great place and very good amenities but poor management. the office is always closed and the way they manage thing like the club house rental is not professional at all. they will ask you for a ($200 BLANK) money order and will never give it back to you without even notifying you why or the reasons. that money will go to a fund for equipment or maintenance of the park ( how do you know that? ) according to them. i will really like to stay here but not under the actual management. hope this issues will be fixed sooner than later.

I had but a review couple months ago and it looks like they took it down I don’t know why I wake up for work and I seen a yellow paper on my car saying FINAL NOTICE I been leaving here for 3 year never had a problem but when want to come out and tow my car they are crazy because when I first move here they never did this if I wake up one and my car is gone I’m going to bring my lawyer Into this because I live in the back of the park and they want me to walk by the pool around mind you that everyone is still park on the ride because theirs no parking I don’t recommend this park to no one and if you guys keep taking my review down I will keep posting one.
