Cool tower with more plates than they can use. Its a tourist type of place to take photos. Theres nothing to do because its next to someones house. Just a fun thing to see.

As far as license plate towers go, this is the best one in the country. Hands down.Additional license plates are requested to help extend this mighty structure.
