Our group had a great time here. We loved the location and how quiet the neighborhood was. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a large VA beach home. The pool is a great feature.

We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, the spaciousness, the amount of rooms and guests that can stay there. The bottom floor isnt insulated very well. It was freezing. They did provide a heater, but you had to keep the door to the hallway closed and both room doors open to have any type of heat enough to keep the chill at bay. The bottom floor shower needs to have the drain cleared. The moment the water is turned on, the water starts to fill the shower stall. The top floor bathtub jacuzzi didnt work. We loved the uppermost viewing platform. We enjoyed the books, DVDs, and puzzles provided for guests enjoyment. Overall we had a wonderful vacation.

Very short walk to the ocean, bicycles for those not interested in walking.. market is close by, bedrooms for 13 people to have their own space.. a deck to eat and sunbathe on, and the pool!! The pool is incredible!! Our stay included, 1 eight year old, 1 four year old, 1 two year old, and 2 one year olds. (Also, 2 sixteen year olds, and 5 adults) The pool was perfect for all of the kiddos! A shower door broke and they were right on top of fixing it! I am already ready to book for next year same week!

If you want to know how the other half lives, this is the place for you. Full, very warm pool, lovelely decorated and room for 14. Very quiet neighborhood and a short distance to the ocean. We would definetly stay here again.
