Beautiful cathedral to visit. A must stop if you are in tucson or passing through. Beautiful street views and photo backdrop.

Beautiful church. The remodel and new church office turned out wonderfully. They may not be as fast as other churches about fulfilling religious document requests, but they will provide a thick paper document and place each record in an envelope for safe keeping. After all, the records usually have to be sent to another church if youre sponsoring a child. It does look professional to submit. My documents had a church stamp, a fresh signature, and an official church envelope to help prove authenticity to an out of state church. The religious documents can be ordered at the desk, provided that the religious event was performed at St. Augustine.... Price $5 each and copies need to be requested at the same time as ordering.

We were down here in Tucson for some travel youth hockey with our kids and spotted the Cathedral right across from the hockey arena. Saturday evening mass fit into our schedule and was a great moment to refocus and start the new week fresh with God. Thanks for making us feel welcome!

Catholic cathedral. Its beginning was a two room house in 1858. The Cathedral was finished in 1868. A restoration was done from 1966 to 1968. Major restoration an construction is currently ongoing. I personally have seen this from 2017 to 2018.The whole area around the Cathedral is in the midst of major improvement, renovations as well as new construction.

Its a very beautiful cathedral. I could only see outside of it, but still a great place to go there in Tucson. I saw the details of the architecture and was amazed by them. I recommend a visit there, but it should be better to go on a day that youll be able to get inside the place. The doors were open so I could see a little bit, it seemed to be even prettier than the outside, but because of an event I could go further in.

A beautiful staple in our community

We have been to many cathedrals in the US. This is not large place, nor super ornate. In actual fact, my favorite part is the foyer. The tromp l oiel was fantastic! And the stained glass was beautiful.

Beautiful church in the heart of downtown Tucson Arizona.

Peaceful, prayerful, simple beauty.We arrived at about 11:30am. There were only about 6 others in the space, and we were able to sit quietly, soak in the sacredness and pray quietly for a few minutes.I especially loved the images of the prophets, the native saints and the saint Theresas. This cathedral is warm and inviting.

The new building looks great. Will be a great place for weddings.

This is a big old downtown cathedral. The building and grounds are attractive. I did not attend a mass, but just visited briefly while in the neighborhood because the history and architecture caught my eye.

Its a beautiful church, but I visited after hours to look at all the paintings on the walls and windows, which were stunning. It echos but its lit softly, and it feels beautifully hushed. I have no idea what its like during service, but after with hardly anyone around? Its amazing

I got married at St. Augustine back in 1987, but unfortunately I got divorce in 1998.... This church is very beautiful and nice I also got baptized and made my holy Communion at this church.... Thank you for everything ️

This Historical site is very nice to see! This is located just outside of the busy areas of Downtown Tucson, so it is not as busy over there. Come visit sometime! The stained glass windows are very pretty!! I have never seen such windows like that! Cathedral square was just completed. So it is back open! The inside is gorgeous! Come check it out!

A beautiful Church with plenty of history. Mariachi Mass every Sunday @ 8. Not to be missed.

Very beautiful and peaceful. Could feel the Presence everywhere. Went for my SIL wedding held in the smaller chapel but all buildings inside handout are wonderful.

Its a beautiful church, I really like all the walls paintings, its different from other catholic churches Ive visited. I noticed they got an available person inside the church, while a mass is on, for any questions you may have, awesome!

Mass was beautiful and inspiring.

Beautiful cathedral. We always seem to go in the evening but it is breathtaking when the sun goes down.The construction is going rather quickly and the cathedral restoration is going smoothly. Being there for Mass is an experience you should have. Take some time to sit and take in the details of the space and the immensity of the building. It will inspire you and take your breathe away.

Visited as a tourist, and enjoyed how open the space is. Nothing too much else to say, but would recommend a quick stop to people swinging through town.

Every older church is usually eye catching and this one was no exception . Lots of seating, sirene feeling, clean, bathrooms clean and smelled good .Pleasant humble abode.

Lovely church. Went to a beautiful Christmas community concert. Parking is tricky.

Well the church is beautiful. But Im giving them a low rating because last Saturday about 20 of us stood in line for an hour waiting for confession and no priest ever showed up.

Hard to hear and understand from mid to back rows, the speakers dont carry the sound enough and just does not conserve the audio integrity to carry all the way back. More speakers please, awesome French priest is hard to make out from further back

I was close to touch heaven with the harmonious voices of the chorus. Overall an amazing church, amazing priest and angelic chorus. Loved it!

I enjoyed my visit to the new rectory that was recently rebuilt its located on North side of church. The information desk is located there also for making appointments with the priests and for holy candles you can purchase for your prayers.

This is a holy place. The Blessed Sacrament space is a marvelous place to meditate. All kinds of people come in. poor, rich, young and old. all races and religious can partake of Mass celebration. all can enjoy the richness of the silence, when only the people in front of the Blessed Sacrament are there.

Very historic, very comforting. The Fathers and staff are wonderful.
