What a great place to stay the people we met were really nice. Older park that’s getting upgraded. I would Definitely recommend this park. Great place to stay during the Gem show.

I moved into the park about 9 months ago. It was the best decision I ever made. Just in the past seven months alone the place has improved drastically Glenda and her staff are always working on projects around the park and Making so many improvements. Glenda and Angelica are always walking the park and making sure everything is OK. They know every person and every animals name I can barely remember my own name I don’t know how they do it. If I don’t see them in the park for a couple days they are reaching out to me by phone or knock on my front door make sure I’m OK and to see if I need anything. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve locked myself out and Glenda has always been there to let me in. I have taken walks at 10:30 at night never had any problems I am truly blessed to have found this diamond in the rough. It’s really nice when I don’t always have a place to go for the holidays Glenda and her staff always do something for the entire park and include everybody and if you can’t come to the clubhouse and get dinner and they are bringing it to you. Best decision I ever made by moving in.

My Friend lives in this park & I have been impressed with the high quality of management environment. The park is upgraded & community friendly. Seems to be a great place to live.

What I like the most about this mobile home park is that it is very quiet and peaceful. The management is outstanding, responsive and professional. They walk the park several times a day and late into the night. They know and check on all the residents, keeping it safe and create many events for everyone to get to know each other and create a strong community feeling. Everyone who visits me here always comments on the peacefulness!

My dad lived in this park for over 15 years before he passed away in March. The neighbors have all been helpful and understanding while Ive been remodeling it. This is a place that feels like a second home to me. I love this location and since new managers took over the park; it has really improved. Glenda is handy and helpful. They truly care about the residents. People who move here never leave. Its been my favorite place to come to for the past 15 years and I will miss it when I move back to phoenix.

I was amazed at the very positive transformation taking place within one year at the Double R Ranch MHP. The new owners have remodeled, landscaped and make many other improvements to the property. The park has been upgraded to a quality place someone would be proud to live in. In the process, a few tenants had to be moved to assisted living or rehab, which they were not happy with, but it needed to be done. Keep up the good work.

I moved in July 2018 and I am extremely happy here. Excellent management team, they know all the residents by name and walk the property day and night. There have been 3 events just since I moved in. I have met many of my neighbors at these. Everyone is very nice, and its quiet and peaceful jerh.I highly recommend this place.

The positive out weighs the negative people in the park. The Park has improved so much that I will stay. It looks so great and I feel safer. Perhaps the negative people shouldnt live here. No matter where you live there are rules. Im in my 70s and have no problems abiding by the rules. I want my lot to look nice, clean and appreciate that my neighbors feel and do the same. I give the park a 9 especially with all the hard work and caring that the management does. They even have helped people remove old carpet from their lots for free, fixed their fenced etc. The other managers didnt do that especially for free. I guess people forget how they have been helped! Been here since August. The improvements are amazing. The management is excellent. Working very hard to clean the park up. She has made some beautiful improvements. Could not ask for better management. Keeps a close eye on the park.. Always available when needed. Walks the park several times a day. She is trying so hard to get rid of the problem people so it will be a nice place for seniors. Heard really bad stories of past management.

Wonderful facility. Ignore the low rating comments those are just comments from people who dont appreciate the hard work the managers have put into the park. Not only that but they take care of their people by getting them out their homes for potlucks and get togethers for the holidays. Prices very reasonable! No reason to be burned for money. If the park doesnt fit your liking then thats okay its not made for everybody. If you like it okay it cost to live, have to Pay to Play

The Double R Ranch has tremendously improved in all aspects from the swimming pool to the clubhouse and safety. The managers have been consistently working to exceed standards of comfortability and all other expectations. They are also very friendly and go above and beyond with helping people with anything they may need assistance with. The negative comments on here seem to be very bias and based on personal and internal issues that are not relevant towards contributions that one would consider in terms of determining whether or not to live here.

Lived here for almost 3 years. And yes when Glenda took over as manger it was awesome. Really hated to leave but had to move in with my mom to help her out. .

Very clean and quite community. We love the new management and enjoy the friendly neighbors. We defiantly will make use of the pool and the club house.Adrienne

I can say that the park has improved tremendously since Glenda took over. Its much quieter and its upkeep keeps improving.

I was given an illegal mobile home that had no running water or gas hooked up! I have a Attorney investigating this place. The manager turned off my electricity when I came back to sell my Refridge on the 17th she handed me a 7 day notice and turned my electricity back on when I complained. I heard my neighbors talking I was next to be evicted, After 2 yrs of never being late or short on my rent the manager is threatening to evict me. The manager Glenda Edwards n her girl friend have lied committed fraud n illegally evicted several ppl. If you like being watched harassed n lied to this is the place for you!

Very peaceful and well managed park. This Veteran friendly park is clean and safe, reasonably priced and close to shopping and bus lines.

Since Glennda Edwards took over management of the Double R Ranch mobile home park the changes have been incredible. The park is clean and safe now with daily walk throughs by management. The majority of residents NOW are friendly and supportive. There were some bad apples when I first bought my home in the park .The prior management had little success in eliminating problematic people and providing needed cleanup. Glennda Edwards has been successful with both problems. Double R Ranch is a delightful place nowadays for retirees to settle down and enjoy their retirement.

I have had no real issues since buying a home here a year ago. Funny that the only positive review is from Glennda Edwards, the manager. I have sent several emails and text messages to management and placed many unreturned telephone calls. Management is unresponsive to concerns.

Now with the new management, this is a great place to live! LOVE IT!

The Double R Ranch MHP is under new management, which are cleaning up the park and remodeling. The people are nice and very helpful.

Lived there over a year. They burned me for a whole lot of money. Very small MH park. All the neighbors cant keep their noses out everyone else business. That includes the he manager.
