This is definitely one of the nicest mobile home parks in Tucson. Its clean, well maintained, and during the day I was working there it was very quiet.

Woman I. The office Samaria Martinez has no people skills lacks empathy or education when explaining the process for filling out the so called application which is outdated. Also gives wrong information on fees that need to paid when applying for a space at this location!!! Worse customer service and the park is very dirty and uninviting!!!

Moved in in February two days later no gas have all gas house management told gave me one time $50 credit my 9 yr old almost gets run over by speeding cars in park cant even walk to pool have to dodge speeding cars.management wont do anything i asked for her to watch at shift change and she said i have a life too 7 months without gas trash all over place looks like a trash dump on peoples yard. Managments kid is drunk and loud at pool runs people away. Looking for more safe place

Poor management. Landlord not very friendly. Trash all over the street by the pool. Cars racing through speed bumps. Roach infested homes. Landlord calls tow truck to tow away your car even when its parked on your own space. Water gets shut off randomly without any notice. Found condom in pool. Really disgusting.

Cant take back the last star back. After 10 or 12 days management can face violations if these are not fixed. Call the Mayors office and the BBB. Dont let them make you live like that!!!!! The sad part is that you have to pay the rent billing due still

I would not recommend living here, as others have said the water is constantly getting shut off without notice. The manager is beyond rude, shes never in the office and doesnt return phone calls. Not a happy environment here. I regret moving here and cant wait til I move out.

I dont live there but visit people who do and many people have been living without gas for over 6 months. Thats not ok in many levels!

Sadly, lax mgmt & no enforcement of rules & policies has hurt this once great place to live.
