Clean park nice owners. But some tenants that own their own trailers dont keep up on up keep. Bad area just outside of Tucson Az. But only 6 minutes from Airport. Surrounding areas are run down. Beware of this area. And breeding ground for cats lots of cats OMG.

I dont understand how this place is not condemned. The trailers dont even have electric because they want them to pay the previous owners bill. Theres no plumbing in some of the trailers either.

Do not rent from here unless you want back problems, headaches, and car problems. I dont know whats worse the extremely high speed bumps every 20 feet or the huge potholes ever 2 or 3 feet. If you have nice wheels you can kiss them goodbye from the curb rash youll get because there is no avoiding them. The headaches and back problems come from being jerked around even going slow over those mountains of speed bumps. To top it all off if you live on the back side there is only one entrance because the back one is blocked of so you hit every bump on the way to work and coming home! Yay! Not to mention the fire hazard that could be. They say the speed bumps were put to ensure the safety of kids playing but you will never really see kids playing because a slow jog down these roads will land you with a rolled ankle or worse.

Not so great with the looks of the place, but good to rent for a while.
