Dont know we passed by the place and talked to the maintenance man. He did say the place was quiet and slightly shabby but their is on site maintenance person! They had 1 trailer that was an RTO (Rent To Own) but my wife and didnt view it. We will see maybe next time when we are near! Place seems to be okay!?!

There are a lot of cats hanging around (Thats why I gave the 3 starts). Really good family place.. Very neighborly community..And there is a awesome dude name Bill that works there.. .. You guys are lucky to have him. Hey bill if u see this message come work for me in shannon rd.

Very family friendly place to live. Trailers are older and small but its also very affordable. I personally love living here and being able to own our own home.

Its a nice little, theres a couple trailers that have wooden fences around them that look like dilapidated and trashy looking but the rest of them look okay

Its fairly inexpensive lot rent. The landlord is approachable, and the lots are fairly big.

If you need a place quik without a Hassle moving in just talk to the mngrs they helped me on a rent to own with my credit history id never be able to own a home on my own .Thank you for giving me the chance
