Friendly and helpful staff, however the overall park could use a bit of a cleanup. Still though a comfortable place to start new!

Slum property and its run by a slum lord who is bias, he shows favoritism, he will talk about your park business with other residents, hes an alcoholic drunk and drinks while he is working. He will lie to get you evicted, he only listens to 1 side just like the judge in my first hearing siding with them without seeing one shred of evidence to support their accusations and I submitted 37 pages of documents that the judge didnt even look at and not to mention the 20+ pictures and videos that I still need to submit and also the judge rushed me which got me nervous and I was intimidated by the judge telling me that another hearing was scheduled to start soon so I wasnt afforded due process that according to the 14th amendment written in the constitution of the United States so Ive filed my appeal which if granted (and I strongly believe that it will be) I will prove without a doubt everything that I have mentioned is true and very accurate my constitutional right being violated isnt the only right violated, its just the most serious one. PEOPLE, do not rent or purchase any property either John manages and Jerry owns because John is a crook and I know of a large amount of money that may have been embezzled by John because when I moved in I had to pay move-in cost in 2 payments totalling about $1500 or $1600 to him and he has $300 listed as deposit so where did the other $1200 to $1300 go?? And in closing, Mr.Jerry Zhao if you do get a chance to review my review, you might want to sit down with me and listen to what I have to say because if you are unaware of whats truly going on with your property but if you do know then shame on you and you too will face the lawsuit which I intend to have my attorney file as soon as this court hearing is finalized.

Moved from Ohio and this was the best park I could find in Tuscon. The new park manager is amazing and will help you at any time you need. All neighbors are friendly, this park has had no bugs or stray animals. Very quiet and highly recommend

Most of the people are great. Everyone looks out for their neighbors. Quite very relaxing place to live.

Great place to live, drug-free environment. Close to Schools and Local shopping area. Very clean and safe mobile home park. Great pricing if you are interested in buying a home. There is also working soda and washing machines. A place where family and the community matter.

If you had no stars thats what i would have picked. This place is a scam. when we were packing up to leave, the manager and his wife were eyeballing our belongings because they knew we didnt have the means to take it all. No, we werent late on the rent, in fact, it had been paid. we were court ordered to leave because we had 5 complaints in a year. i failed to see that in the rental agreement! the complaints were that we had too many bikes in our yard (we had 3). Because we couldnt move the trailer, they took our property. the shock of becoming homeless left us paralized, 5 days to respond to the 5 day notice! we got the notice friday afternoon before a holiday, did you know the courts counted that friday, saturday, sunday, the holiday monday and tuesday was the 5th day! i got our response in Tuesday just by noon, and we were too late! when the man of the family tried to speak at the hearing he was told this was not the forum for him to speak! What? STAY AWAY FROM THIS rat infested cockroach haven place, unless you like this sort of living. And if this happens to you, GET A LAWYER.

Since I moved in here the new management is great. I heard the old manager was doing crooked thing with the old owner. New owner is very nice too. The new management has gotten rid of the problem people. Neighbors are friendly.

Thank you to the two honest responses. I was thinking of seriously purchasing a mobile home from this park very soon. But your insight has helped me 100% with my decision. From what was said, a one is the rating I would give if I were living in the same situation. Hopefully things can change for the better for those that are currently living there. But from the 2013 youtube video, i gave it 3 stars because it does seem to be quiet, respectful and a safe enough community. The property is clean and there wasnt any nuisance activity in question.

Typical dying Tucson trailer park. Was bought last year by some California wannabe flippers Their business model seems to be keep raising the rent until the people that own them have to abandon them and then stealing and reselling them.
