Great place for retiring seniors. Have lived here for almost 10 years and as a first time mobile homer it has been an excellent transition. The owners are quick to address issues and upkeep of common areas is very good. If you like speed bumps you’ll love Friendly Village, come see us.

This is a fantastic place to live for retirement. Affordable and great weather. It has a club house, pool, hot tub and great people. Looking forward to retire. The new management are just wonderful.My parents have been heresince 1988.

This mobile home park is like stepping back in time 40-50 years. I think that its great! Everyone keeps their homes up like new. The landscaping is customized, and well done.The like new clubhouse has everything youd be expecting and more. The pool is heated year round. The hot tub is enclosed like a gigantic gazebo,with bug screen. All the residents are very nice. The vibe of this place is very laid-back and welcoming. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a mobile home.

Great place to live

My family has lived in this park for 10+ years and everyone is so amazing and, well, Friendly! Grandpa said this was his favorite, and now so does my mom. Neat, clean, well loved and inviting community.

Very clean, attractive grounds, friendly people

Although Friendly Village has it’s faults, overall, to me the good outweighs the bad especially when the full amenities (clubhouse/pool/spa) are available . When I moved into this park, I decided this would be the last move in my lifetime so make it the best move and best home ever. I rate it a full 5 stars - and though there are minor things I would like to see changed, I wouldn’t want to be anyplace else.

Friendly Village. A 55 and over gated mobile home park. A decent 50 or 60 yr old park in an OK area of town. Spend any amount of time there and your childhood dreams of what adulthood was going to be like will be shattered. Get a job, get married, have some kids, grow to be a wise adult, etc... Theres a group of residents and management, that like to make sure that you do what they want you to do, come to the right activities, landscape your yard how they want it, blah, blah, blah. Wise? No wiser than a 16 year old. Lie, cheat or ? Whatever means necessary to get you out of their park.8 or 10 years ago this was a nice place. 6 to 8 people can bring a place like this down.

Gated senior community. The trailers are self maintained plenty of parking for family and thats it.
