Vista del norte is an amazing place 2 live for everyone from different walks of life. People of all ages familys or individuals. I grew up here as a boy tell i graduated. I left at 18 only to move back 12 years later and buy my own place. The neighborhood is always keep up and all the neighbors are friendly and the community is the type u want to live in. The management here is top notch. They are willing to work with you when you need it if you are willing to communicate. They are kind and caring people who treat you like a human not just a paycheck. Although thay are caring they also have the perfect amount of Strength and voice to do what needs to be done to keep the park a safe and great place for all to live. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking about a buying a place in here to go for it, because your not going to find better.

Nicest looking park in Tucson! So beautiful, lots of trees, great playground & green belts. Mobile homes arent squished close together. Been helping my mom look around & pick out a park to move to. This is hands down the best.

I love this mobile home community. It’s in a good location, close to stores, shops, trails and more. When I find the right situation for myself, I’ll probably move there. I think the thing I like about this park is that it’s really spacious. There’s nothing like going to a mobile home park and the homes are stacked together so close you can practically hear the conversation they’re having at the dinner table next door. Not here! It feels more private. Here, there’s some room between the homes and it feels more like home. I’m glad that they have a good approval system in place, so I can feel good about my area that I’m living in. The managers, Mr & Mrs Walsh helped me so much and keep me informed of the availability and homes for sale, as I need it. They’re very kind.

Dennis and Jodi are wonderful! My parents have a winter home in the park and both managers have been amazing about helping keep an eye on the place and are just all around easy to work with! Big thank you to both Dennis and Jodi!

Good looking park, i was honest about just issues and they claimed they werent interested in credit scores mostly criminal background check, but my conversion with Jody on why they rejected my application was all based on credit. No one likes to be rejected for reasons they are honest about, plus they backed a play of a predatory housing provider in phoenix. Even though you own property park has no pet policy, so they like to go past your front door with policies. Strange place where they seem to like to rule with iron fist.

Jody is great but husband will kick u out if u are disabled he will lie and say you got 3 notices and kick a disabled person out of their own mobile home and then make up story abt a live in caregiver without hearing both sides of story and just they will say shes a criminal even though she has a clean record discrimation amd takes money rent money and wont let them live in their mobile home makes them pay for a hotel room on a fix income check and they might have this review removed since supposely they discriminate me and say bad things abt me and. they dnt even know me

I give this park 1 star because the manager of the park Dennis is a bully. He is too strict on the rules where parking your car on the road (moving equipment, visitor unaware of the rules, or public safety officers) will get you evicted. We made improvements to the house and property and we got notices because he doesnt like gravel. Unaware and I never was shown the rules and we got notice fees and threaten with eviction. WE cleared it up and shortly after another set of notifications because unauthorized parking got us evicted. When the manager sends out notices, its via registered mail and theres $30 fees to each. This place is for lower socioeconomic families and he preys on them. Parks is nice but Dennis makes the place unbearable.

I live here.. this place is so hard to beat.. is peaceful and quiet which l appreciate that a lot. Manager is on top of people that dont respect others and cant follow rules which works great for the rest of the tenants that do and want to live in a place that looks great, is well kept and your peace is not interrupted by loud noises, or loud neighbors... Dennis & Jody do an excellent job keeping this place beautiful and decent..

Beautiful landscape with huge trees, and quiet park in the center of town. Feels like your some where other than Tucson.

Great place to live! The community is always clean and the managers are very responsive. Unlike other mobile home parks, this one will not dissappoint you!

Cheap rent, nice play area for kids and a kids pool...wish there was a jacuzzi however

Nice place. The managers are super helpful and on point with all your needs. Its a good place with lots of trees and green and the place is thoroughly maintained. You can get a pretty good deal on a mobile home and live comfortably. Families, a pool, shade and good people are here. Good location too.

Very nice mobile home park. Great, lush and mature landscaping. Its hard to believe we live so close to Tucson Mall and so many stores and yet are surrounded by such beauty and have quick access to the river walk from our lot. As a bonus, the managers are friendly and nice and really seem to work hard to keep the park looking sharp and keep it a pleasant place to live. Even the guys who do the groundskeeping around the entire property are nice and pleasant. Overall a great place to come home to at the end of a day!

Just say i been here many times to look at a place..reasons of my own never did..i love the trees..and talked with management couple times seems very nice..

I absolutely love this place. Especially how green Nd clean it is. Its as if Im not in Arizona any longer, every time I go visit my sister-in-law who lives there. Thanks to the green Nd abundant landscape. Im hoping to move there after me & my husband finally succeed in selling our own trailer, so we can purchase one at Vista del Norte.

Dennis and Joan are the caretakers of the park and they are great! They were really friendly and helpful. Even though we were not able to find a property that will work for us, we were very happy with the service we received! Is a great location!

I am not yet a resident of this beautiful, lush, serene park...Ive been driving thru here for the past three years, Im now in a situation where I might be purchasing a home by October 2018 and I look forward to coffee on my patio, hummingbirds on the feeder, and peace and tranquility as I transition into a different new and fulfilling chapter in my life! Well maintained; beautiful and orderly property. The managers could not be nicer. They have been generous with any assistance I have asked for. So much better than where I lived before by a mile.You can have great pride in just how lovely it is to live here. I do.

I lived here a while ago and one issue that I had with them is their policy on dogs. My neighbor had this white boxer dog for years and according to their website that’s against the rules. He hid the dog when they inspected his house. I had another issue where I had my bike go missing only to find it in a neighbor’s yard weeks later. So glad I moved.

Good place for living and especially managers, Zody & Dennis, are remarkable and kind people. I love them.

I dont live there, just stumbled on it riding the Rillito bike trail. It looks good, big trees, lots of shade, no through traffic, no dead cars or broken glass. Ill take another look, see if there are any for sale signs

My mother and I have lived in this amazing park for 26 years and we absolutely love it here. My mom just recently went into a care home but I plan on living here another 26 years. The park is beautiful, the landscape is gorgeous, the clubhouse is a amazing and perfect for parties, I love the pool, my niece loves the baby pool, and I have the best neighbors. With all the trees and living right next to the Rillito River it is much cooler here in the summer. I love all the trees. Were on well water not that awful city water. I have never had a problem as we always follow the rules. Dennis and Jody are very kind and I have never had any problems with them. It is a great park for kids. Swings,a slide and a basketball court. I feel very safe here.

Really love this mobile home park and the managers. they are professional, think about everyone who lives there, and really kind.

Love this park. I have been wanting to live here for years. Perfect location, quiet park, huge trees, nicely maintained. Cant wait until the day I move here.

Nice place. Quiet, shaded, and it looked like it had a recreational area with a pool.

I like living here. Its a convenient location to so many nice places (ie. The Riverwalk bike trail, the Tucson mall, and Sams Club). They take nice care of the grounds. I find the management to be fair, helpful and courteous.

My friend lives there me and him we went for a walk very easy access to the Riverwalk I loved it was very very nice area

It seems to be a nice trailer park with beautiful trees and a nice little park for the kids. The pool is ok but does include a baby pool as well which is a plus. Some of the tenants there could be a bit sketchy. The management there is mediocre.

Grounds look well kept ....many of my daughters friends live there and like it...

Somehow there was a post that I felt the staff was rude this was not my post, so not sure how this happened. I myself never had any contact with the staff there untill today when I called Jody their manager, who was very polite, to explain that this was an error or my account has been hacked. So again sorry if this is cause any problems and I hope that this corrects the previous post

I am not a resident I was just visiting but this mobile home park is nice, those big trees give it a different atmosphere.

My family and I have happily lived at Vista Del Norte for over 20 years, and we are grateful to Dennis, Jody, and their staff for keeping Vista Del Norte a pleasant and safe community in which to live. Wed recommend Vista Del Norte to anyone wanting a beautiful and affordable place to live.

This is a beautiful park RUINED by ugly management! the management will ruin every experience of owning your home and staying in a good location. They are tyrants and will harass every aspect of your life until you become a complete slave to these rules or get evicted. do not buy a trailer in this park unless Dennis and Jody Walsh are fired.
