We moved in at the end of June, Bob and Delilah (the property managers) are absolutely wonderful! They are family oriented and actually care! The park is very clean and safe!

I live here and I had an encounter with the “manager” this lady claim to be the manager and attacked my guest who was visiting with a dog. The “manager” demanded to know who she was and why my guest was here, since they were outside my door. The manager opened the porch door and was heading in demanding, screaming and insulting cursing at my guest. So I closed my entrance door, she was trying to force herself in and kept insulting my guest even after my guest told her she didn’t live here. Unfortunately the manager was a real KAREN, and stayed to scream and aggressively try to get in. I’m very disappointed in the way this was handled, specially since my guest told her to speak to the renter directly and the so call manager did not want to but only to keep insulting her directly and was trying to speak Spanish to mock her. She continued insulting us by not paying rent, which was already on a drop box on the 31st, after she told my guest to clean the yard, that only had barely some dead weeds. Please save yourself the trouble and don’t apply here.

I lived at Desert Classic Mobile Home Park for many years.A very nice Trailer Park, People are friendly and nice.The Only thing I dont like is the Speed Bumps. They are too high and to many bumps.The Space rental are below the arverge prices, however, every year rental prices rises by like $15 Dollars.Because the rental prices goes up lots of people are slowly leaving the park.I myself has left that Trailer Park, my Wife currently lives there now. I am part owner of her Double Wide Trailer.All and all Desert Classic, is good place to live. There is good security at this park.Trailer spaces are police the Parks rental office, so its a very clean Trailer Park.I raised my Children there and my Kids enjoyed living there.Chow Baby!

Theres a guy named Bob whos the manager he doesnt give a s*** about anyone dont move here dont even think about renting here and if youre an illegal youll get deported. Bob will make your life a living hell Im pretty sure hes going to be dying soon.

My Dad mistakenly rented a spot at desert classic,wow the management acted phony enough to get him to rent a spot for his rv.well it took 13 days to turn the water on,Blob the manager sits in the office in his pajamas, and tries to sell you a junk mobile home he owns. He makes up rules as he see fit. He is a liar and a crook. He gets away with it because he says the owner lives in California and is not very bright! He gave my Dad permission to bring his other rv over to the lot he rented,then he had a hissy fit because it was plugged in to electric.so I could use the electric to run he vacuum. So he had the stooge in the office put a tow sticker on it, he didnt ask us to move it because he is a COWARD! Then the stooge in the office said it would be towed by 1 pm the next day! Then when we moved the next day he had the other stooge in the office phony up a electric bill for $159.00 for a month of elec. they stole from my Dads deposit. He said to my Dad they only take Cash....... for the rv renters! Liars and thiefs! The pool is always closed! So go somewhere else I hope the owner reads this and replies to me! Your manager uses you mobile home park as his personal ATM!!! We are following up with electric company Bob!

I do the Palm tree service there and thay care about the way you like to live nice and clean

My cousin lives there currently and they have had a recent rat infestation and the mobile homes are damaged. The owner BOB is also extremely rude. The pool is always closed never open nor clean. Omg my cousins and I went to the pool area where there is a basketball hoop and it was 3:30 pm. The POOL normally closes around 4 or 5 pm. We arrived and the stupid idiot manager didnt want to unlock the gate so that we can play Basketball. Bottom Line: The Manager Is Extremely Rude And Everyone Should Stay Away From This Area!

Moved in here three years ago my parents moved in couple years ago they love it I love the park and the ones that dont disagree are the ones that dont keep their place clean and always complaining about other peoples problems
