This is the greatest little community.Feels like home to co-op members. The events are satisfying and the office staff and services efficient and caring.

Very unfriendlystaff. Had the distinct impression they did not want to answer any questions when we inquired about their co-op.

This place has a festive clubhouse called the Tiki House. Great for group events The curved beam rafters are an interesting feature.

Best Park in Central Tucson. Grant/Rosemont. Amazing social hall designed by local Tucson pioneer woman architect. The landscape is like living in an Arboretum. Bus stop near Grant Road driveway. Newly paved streets. Co-op ownership. Back gate opens with clicker onto low traffic residential street.

I watched two trailers push their baby trailer in the park. Neat.

In addition to being within a mere 2 miles of a vast variety of community resources, one can walk to the ever-popular, and multi-faceted Crossroads Festival, as well as saunter over to our Trader Joes (a block away). All this, and collectively WE OWN THE PROPERTY, as well as individually owning the dwellings that sit so enthusiastically upon it!
