Nice older MHP, park is friendly, rent on lots are reasembley priced. Nice pool and play area. 1 minute to I-10 @ Prince Rd exit.

Its a beautiful park. The community is welcoming ans it is clean. The park is useful for the kids. The staff there is polite. Neighbors are not to noisy, everyone kinda stays to them selves. No real reason to give it 4 stars besides the speed bumps there crucially large.

The owners(from CA) of this community are extremely GREEDY. They impose annual rent increases of 10% based on the new rent amount each year. They bend the guidelines and often do not screen new residents per their policies. During the COVID year the new increase showed NO mercy for their residents.

No rush to get things working for the tenants. New owner is a 30 years investor from the San Francisco bay area who wants to raise rents. Sadly, there is no rent control in Arizona. Tenants averaged $5 a month raises for past years, last year under the old owners, there was no rent increase. The new owners raised rents differently for different residents. As much, if not more than, $20 a month increase, with plans next year to exceed that. Many are stuck not being able to afford to move their homes, so they just have to pay. :-(

Clean and decent trailer park..

The park and people that live here are pleasant and quiet. One of the managers has no respect for the tenants or their needs. The other one (whos pregnant) is really a pleasure to work with!

This place is really cute and quiet! The speed bumps suck with how many there are but I understand why they are there lol

Pretty junky trailer park but fits in with the rest of this area. Its nice if you make it nice. A lot of the families do their yards up with plants or flowers and it makes a big difference. I wanna give it 3 stars because I actually feel safe there and its quiet even with the kiddos running around.

So I have lived at Continental West for over a year, and I have to say that I am super pleased whit this community. My neighbors around me are always quiet, respectful, and friendly. Everyone basically minds their business. The community stays clean and the managers Carolyn and Erika are super nice and extremely helpful :)

Better than most but it’s still a trailer park

Very friendly staff, Erica took the time to show us a couple of places that matched our search. She explained what was involved clearly. Park has some great amenities like pools, Play areas, Activities center. Seems like a great place to raise my boys.

Ive never been around such unfriendly people. I had the unpleasant experience of not only having to deal with Carolyn York as one of the managers but as my neighbor across from me as well. When I moved in her son was living with her as well as his girlfriend. They were outside working on his truck at all hours at night. It was made clear early on that the rules didnt apply to them. I made the mistake of suggesting once that they werent so loud.. Well 3 years later and now Im evicted. Beware if they want you gone your gone! Both Erica and Carolyn lied on the stand in eviction court. My fiance and best friend died in that house and they were laughing outside the courthouse when they won. Of course they did it was just me. Their lawyer said the trailer court was willing to just take my mobile home instead of the fees and court costs of less than 3,000. My home was worth more than 18,000. They are crooked, horrible people. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague!

Nice enough for a Tucson trailer park. Some homes R much nicer then others, maybe they need a homeowners association.

Clean, well-kept family park. Nice pools and playground for the kids. There are a few concerns. One of the major drawbacks is that rent is on the expensive side. Paying for a home AND rent can be difficult. Park Manager is on-site however, it is virtually impossible to speak with anyone from corporate. Pools are great, a hot tub would have been nice, though.

I live here going on I was 10 years now I used to refer to this place as Pleasantville great community just I think with the economy people are unable to hold their homes that long but theres a lot of beautiful places for sale right now Im actually looking into buying a bigger house cuz I love it here its a large community to pools a playground laundry room Clubhouse on the side of one pool with a equipped for any kind of event kitchen also the clubhouse has a great system of its pretty much free you put a deposit you leave it how you borrowed it and you get your deposit back what more can you ask than that also a lot of underground piping and all that street Paving all brand new construction

Oddly silent in the wee hours yet eerily i jad this feeling that several sets of eyes watched me as i stood watch

The place e is a dump and the management over charge you on electric, water,garbage, sewer ect Iam still trying to figure out if you use 12 worth of water how can your sewer bill be 18 Iam sure its not legal what there doing

Management needs to stop playing favorites and leave the ones that want this trailer park to be family friendly alone and run out the drug addicts and thieves.
