The property manager has a attitude issue . Failure to repair and maintain property in a safe manner . Wife broke toe on unsafe stair case .

The people who live here are great. Management ask like shes on drugs.

It is a Passport America. They only take checks, no cash. It is a old mobile home park. It has only 1 good site for a large RV. Back ins only. A very tight site. The trees needed trimming back. There is a concrete patio, but the tree was in the way to use it. The site we were given, the power box did not work. We had to try to get our RV next to another power source. It used up all of our line, made it. 50 amp. Sewer. Water was terrible. There is one bathroom/shower. Could not use the sink, broken. The bathroom is old. Right next to a train line, lots of trains go by. This is not a place for RV camping. They only great thing was the lady Debbie who worked there, great person, very helpful.

Management very unprofessional. Not clean, kind of run down. Rent somewhere else. No on site management. Electricity problems. Management will not answer thier phone and so called club house is ALWAYS closed. Not a good place. Had a bicycle stolen and management never acknowledged theft was a problem.Very bad place.
