We get violated for parking in front of our trailer for 20 lousy minutes. But others get to park in front of theres for hours or all night. Something wrong with park management there. Shoot we even got yelled at for sitting on our porch talking to friends by park management saying we cant do that. Pretty bad when you cant do stuff on your own lot. And always have the same homeless guy breaking into the empty trailers. He gets arrested and comes right back. To many trailers damaged and boarded up here. Nothing being fixed by management.

I Live At Catalina Heights And Its Not The Greatest Place To Live, But I Guess Ill Deal With It Til I Can Find Something Better!!!! :(:(:(

This is a great park and it is very reasonably priced. The homes are well-maintained and the overall property is clean and organized. For the price, you cannot do much better in Tucson!

Kinda on low end o understand..looks like under new owners .perhaps in time will be better

Its a mobile home park..lol.. personally I would hang out ..or live there.
