Pretty good place to live if youre towards the street....a family member who lives there seems pretty pleased there...5+ years

Total dump. The residents here are nothing short of a gang of thugs. Watch your back and your belongings. The Sheriff department has a parking space here just for them because the snitches and cowards who reside here hide in their squalor and peak through the curtains looking for people to burn.

This place is fairly low end. I have seen may obvious drug users entering and leaving the area and routinely see police arresting someone while driving by the area. Not a good place for a family especially if you have children.

Here we have yet another dilapidated and run down rental-spaced community to adorn the greater Tucson area. Lacking any common area up-keep or landscaping, this trailer park lives up to the stigma. Its a trash- laden Mecca for dirt bags and Gypsy Tramps. The parks El Jeffe is equivalent to an angry Mr.Drummond who barks at non residents and guests as if he were a pit-bill with a brain injury. Enter at your own risk and if you do, make sure your tetanus shot had been updated recently..

Quiet it seems like a little town and most of all no one takes anything from yards.

Manager and maintenance are very helpful and very very nice. No pool no Recreation no get-togethers nothing to do with the rest of the people in the park. No social activities at all.

The number system was confusing and not all units had numbers on them
