Not a very nice place to live. Always having problems with neighbor for the stupid things. Management doesnt take care of matters till days or weeks later. I myself regret moving here. Even though there is a couple of good people I have met.

Great senior living manager is excellent and all the people seem friendly.

By far the worst Management I have ever come across. Apart from having absolutely no customer service the gal in the office is incredibly rude and never has any answers and can never seem to be helpful. Management is suppose to make residing there a better experience and help in any way but on the contrary they make residing at this estate a terrible experience.

This complex is Under New Management and they do not know what theyre doing the place looks like the ghetto complete with green pool weeds everywhere unkept yards not good miss the other management company and other resident managers. They really took care of the place and cared for it.I with a rating from 1 to 10 I give it a -3

A very nice place to live, clean well taken care of by the Management teamShelly and John.I have lived here over a year and had no problems with a people that live in the park or with people outside the park its a very safe and secure living environment for people 55 and older.

I used to Manage Terra Vista before it was bought by an individual in CA. What used to be an outstanding community has turned into a dump.

Very bad management, More of a scam to take elderlies money and home.Get you in for a grand or two them raise the rent 25 dollars a year ( no limit ) then when you cant pay bam they take.Also pool has not been open the past two years in the summer and in the last 7 years no club house was ever built
