The initial sticker shock of the evening, is easy to justify when you break it down per hour and watch the smiles and laughter of family and friends. The staff is very accommodating and they are constantly sanitizing. A great place to escape the lockdowns. We will be back.

We have our summer kick off party here every season. They have deals for groups larger than 12 people. The deals include a private room with a designated host for the night. They cater food to your room and pass out drink cards to everyone to use at the bar. Everyone gets to play 3 games of bowling, 3 laser tag games and unlimited video arcade games. The unlimited video game package does not include the tickets you could win,so you can’t actually win any prizes unless you put money on the card. The obstacle course is also unlimited and everyone always has lots of laughs doing this! They have a brief training and you are put into a harness. It is very easy for most people,unless of course your scared of heights. The video games are a lot of fun. They have a lot of two players games that are good for team building. They even have the world’s largest PAC Man game at this location! One of the best amenities about this place has always been the service. We have always been treated like a top priority. The food is great,they have a very nice selection of drinks from the bar. This is definitely a event that all our employees look forward to every year and we will continue to celebrate our success here.

This place was full of amusement. there are many games to play. High ropes are exciting to do and the bowling was great they offer bumpers and a roller for children or those who are new to bowling. The staff treated us with respect and you can order food and drinks right from your lane.

We had a private party for a work outing and it was great! They dedicated an employee just for us! Told us how everything worked and they had food catered. The employee made sure that we were taken care of every moment of the night and had everything set and ready for us. Definitely a great experience! Donovan was THE BEST HOST! Thank you, D!

Honestly I had so much fun you can pay 20 dollars and play everything

I really didn’t enjoy this experience. When we left, my family and I all agreed that everything we experienced was mediocre at best. The nachos were not good with the cheese not melted, the fries had way too much salt on them, the lazer tag vests were broken which we found out have been like that for years according to the employee that was running it, we got bad service from one of the guys at the bar who clearly did not want to serve us, we waited for 2 hour to play laser tag which we only were allowed to play 10 minutes after a two hour wait. It’s clear that this company doesn’t care about much except about making money. We spent $200.00 and some change for the five of us to wait around and kill time to experience mediocrity at every level. Some of the younger employees were nice and you could tell they care but they’re working within an environment that doesn’t allow them to do much to help make the experience better for the customer. The bowling was fun but once again we had to wait a long time to bowl and we had a time constraint on how long we were allowed to bowl. I think this corporation needs to prioritize quality and customer service and creating a good experience. It’s obvious that upper management isn’t watching the details closely enough which is allowing way to many issues to happen that directly effect the customer experience. They should follow through with the value proposition like advertise. A company can’t just be good at creating an imagine of caring about the customer, they need to actually deeply care about them in order fulfill that promise. Until things change here I would not recommend supporting this corporation with your hard earned money and with your time.

Service staff was very nice and attentive. We had an issue with one of the games eating our tokens and they fixed it right away, did get any food but Ive never had bad french fries from them.

Guaranteed fun time for children and adults. This place will bring out the kid in an adult and you can get good quality time with your kids. The food and games are so much fun! The staff is friendly and great environment.

Usually love it but the food was cold. Burger tasted like a Turkey/Impossible hybrid and they changed the policy with the eat and game play deal to time cards. The issue isnt the time cards time limit but that no points are saved so if youre like me playing basketball, skeeball or the game with coins...no tickets can be won BOO!

Games are fun.Service for food was completely awful. Took 10min to get a waiter. Had to wave her down to get another order in. Got asked for another beer. Waited, then finally asked at the bar if it got put in. Nope. The manager brought it to us. She cleared the table as my family went to play laser tag. I find that extremely rude because she didnt even ask. NOT to mention her attitude was awful. Family said lazer tag was BORING.

Had a blessed to Main Event. This was a corporate sponsor private event but we have so much fun as if there were hundreds of people there. A fables grade, bowling was super fun, games were on point. Would recommend main event at any of the three locations in Arizona to anyone

I went here for my birthday last night and it was great! Friendly staff to accomidate you all night long and super good food. The works 2.0 is amazing and a must try pizza. Werent ad many people as I would have liked there to have been but thats COVID I guess.

This is a very popular place to hang out and have fun for all ages. The best way to describe this place is loud Loud LOUD! If noise bothers you, bring ear plugs. This place is full of energy and action. The bowling has colored pins to keep track of which lane is whose. I think thats a great Idea. There is a Pizza area that has closed doors to muffle some of the noise that also serves fantastic ice cream. There is a Bar with a shuffel board and pool. A regular restaurant up by the front gives you a nice place to sit and relax.There are all kinds of games such as: Gigantic games, speed games, race games and my favorite the VR (virtual reality) games. There are games of chance to win tickets. Air hockey. basket ball throwing, Roller ball, and more classic games like crane games.There are live act adventure challenges like their Area 51 Laser TAG and the Gravity challenge where you get to climb up and move through an obstacle course. If you forgot your sneakers, they provide socks and shoes for you right there by the entrance. Afraid of heights yet want to try Gravity anyways? Staff is ready to come to your rescue and talk you through the challenges.

A lot to do and a bit overwhelming. Food was okay and some what fair price. Drinks were pretty expensive and service was a bit slow. But ill be going back.

They are really trying to keep us (the customers) safe with the precautions theyre taking to enter, as well as how many people who are allowed in the lazer tag at one time.

Place looks nice but Customer Service was below 0 stars, had to beg to renew our bowling lane even tho we paid for it ALL DAY, ladies at the front were new and didnt know anything, had to go order my own food cause we didnt have a waitress, had to pick up my own food. Pizza was terrible worst pizza ever tasteless and lemon pepper wings were too salty to the point it can harm someone, was not given plates with my pizza or napkins, have to run and back for refills. Most of the arcade games were broke and some even stole my credits my kids were highly disappointed. When u ask questions the young white girl nikki and the new ones in the front when u come in are all nonchalant dont care attitude i soent over 150 bucks and all i get is less than mediocre seen manager just chilling talking to the ladies my 8 year old can run this place better wont ever step foot in here again

We have liked this place as you can play with your kids or let the adults hangout and have a beverage while the kids play. The staff is friendly and attentive. This is also a very well maintained facility. My only real knock is the beers we expensive. The food is good nothing special but very well prepared. Came here with my daughter after school and we stayed for dinner, lil expensive but everyone here was extremely nice and helpful, my daughter was so excited to play the VR games! The best part of the time here was Tommie, she was @ the front desk, she saw my daughter was upset because she didnt win a stuffed animal and she surprised her with one from behind the counter! Way to exceed expectations thank you Tommie!

Not impressed. Food was nothing special and was way overpriced. Drinks expensive and weak. Service was lacking. Told the server that my husband did not like strawberries,when she recommended the strawberry margarita, and ordered a regular top shelf. After about 15 minutes, she brought the strawberry. Asked for the correct one and waited another 10 to get it. My husband is medically exempt from wearing a mask (with documentation). After a few hours of being there he went to add money to the game play card. Manager came up and told him he needed a mask. He told manager that he was exempt but manager just interrupted, before he could tell him he had documentation, and said its the law. We ended up getting a refund and leaving. Which turned out for the best because we went to Octane and Maverix at Talking Stick. VR game at Octane is in a private room and 8 people can play at once, unlike Main Event where only 4 can play with no privacy.Needless to say, we will not return to Main Event. They almost ruined my husbands birthday. Thanks to Octane and Maverix, it was saved.

The staff was extremely rude alll night as whole. Every single employee working made u feel like such an inconvenience anytime you spoke to them. Majority of the games were Down or not working. His and I had an issue at the very end as a night right before closing with a machine not dispensing my tokens that I want to conquer there was a hole in the game itself that the queens are falling through a. Rather than actually listening to me in looking at the potential problem, I was accused of shaking or bumping the machine in I for it to get more coins out of the wizard of oz game. Im sorry but Im not gonna go shake a machine to get these Majestic blue tokens, he basically accuse me of cheating and lying are the same time period I highly doubt Ill ever returned to this occasion

I didnt go in. My son had too find out for himself how over expensive it is. The website promises unlimited bowling and laser tag-$20 per person. They get you on shoe rental and food. Game tokens are another expense. Two young adults spent $150.00 within 30 minutes of walking in the front door. I prefer Jakes Unlimited.

Had several parties there over the years. have rated it 4 stars in the past, but our party host Brandon Doty earned the Main Event a 5star rating. he was awesome! took care of everyone (several teens isnt easy), kept drink cups full, was always there for us, and very friendly young man

It was anything that I expected it to be, plus the service when we were trying to get lunch was really bad. We sat for over 25 minutes with out anyone even coming. It sucked!!!!! Never going back after what I spent. Dave and busters here we come!!!

I went here for date night with my girlfriend and had an absolute blast. Monday nights they have a steep discount and I played all games went home ate dinner and came back to keepPlaying. Good times for sure.

Bowling was fun as hell, but not sure how your really helping with Covid-19 when we werent allowed to grab our own bowling balls, but look over to the right and what do you see kids and adults playing all the games the could and nothing was being wiped down or social distancing at all how are you stopping the spread? kind of defeats the purpose i would say, anyways it was fun regardless.

This is a wonderful indoor game and recreation spot. They have a bowling alley with brightly lit pins, video games, rope walking, photo booths. There is an area specifically designated for birthday parties, as well as a separate bar/dining area. It will certainly be a nice respite from the sweltering AZ summer!Update: we took our 6 year old grandson this past weekend to bowl and play games. Unfortunately, the bowling alley was booked solid, so we will have to go back. He had such fun with all the games, though! You buy cards that have either money or time on them. The process is a little confusing, and the cards look the same, so I had to keep going back for the staff to identify which was which. My recommendation would be to make the funds card one color and the time card a different color. Aside from that, its great - well go back!

The concept of the establishment was very entertaining for both myself as well as my 9 year-old daughter, the food was delicious and the service I received from the bartender that we ordered our pizza and soft drinks from was impeccable (I mean truly above and beyond what I expected)

I went to main event for a friends birthday because she made the plans and I wanted to be there for her, but I was wary due to covid concerns. As soon I walked in I was absolutely appalled, far more than I was even expecting.The bowling area was crowded despite their limits of 6 people per lane, and dozens of people were walking around without masks, even when they were not eating or drinking. I ordered a drink at the bar and the young female bartender was blatantly wearing her mask incorrectly with her nose completely exposed, and even pulled it down past her mouth on more than one occasion. Other employees were wearing masks below their noses, and later another young, tall, blonde male employee was working the bar and he too was not wearing his mask properly. The young female bartender from before came out of the kitchen (where I could see employees with masks pulled down to their chins), apparently eating food and/or licking her fingers and touching her face repeatedly with her mask pulled down. She had a coughing fit and used the drink station to pour herself what looked like milk, and then (still without washing her ungloved hands) reached into the bar ice bin to put ice in her lidless cup. I was only able to see her go back into the kitchen where she was still licking her fingers and did not stay around long enough to see if or when she washed her hands.I understand that I was taking a risk by going out to a public sports bar during a pandemic, but even while using gloves and masks I had to leave in a hurry absolutely disgusted. I don’t think they should be open at this time as it is, let alone with how their many employees were clearly not concerned about sanitary and precautionary practices.

This place is so much fun!! We played laser tag and the arcade games this trip. Laser tag was a blast...we laughed so hard, it was just a ton of fun!! I played air hockey with my teenage son...one of the few things I can beat him at...total fun! :) Some of the kids tried the gravity ropes and liked that. Bowling looked great, we will try that next trip. We will definitely be back, and it is a 30 minute trip for us!

Love this place. My kids were given options to go to Disneyland or Main Event and they opted Main Event.We got all day pass and I cannot tell you how happy they are. I’m happy to as well because this place beat the hell out of Disneyland cost wise and employees are super friendly. I have found the happiest place on earth near my home. Araya is wonderful. And Bryan is great. Thank you Main Event.

Went to play laser tag and bowling tonight. Bowling was great, but they do not sell coffee. Went to play laser tag with the family. Thought it would be fun because it was just going to be 2 on 2. Through the game, the kid working there joined our game unannounced, didnt even know he was playing and he was shooting us. He was on his own team, just standing shooting us. I didnt even shoot him because I thought he was just observing. He won obviously. He took the fun out of the game and made my husband so frustrated that he didnt want to be there anymore and he left. Workers should not join games unannounced, . I sure hope he is happy with how cool his score was. Popping around corners just shooting folks, so cool, Not!

I enjoyed the gaming. The social distancing was on point and everyone was #MaskedUp . The front counter rep cojld have been more helpfull eith the suggestions on how to best bundle the Monday Madness pricing, that is I dropped a star. Otherwise, clean, friendly and fun. Definately recommend.

Attended a work party here on New Years Day, had a blast! Great place for a bunch of grown kids. Started with an open buffet, Mexican style, for an hour. Played a few really cool video games, then some shuffle board and pool, and then this 50 plus year old climbed the gravity ropes and shot laser tag! Bowling was last on the list. There is also a bar and video screens if you just want to hang out and watch the games... A little something there for everyone!

Took my boys here for some Saturday entertainment. I purchased the $20 unlimited pass. There was minimum 45 min wait for everything. I suggest you sign up for laser tag, bowling and rope climb right away. Once you get rolling you can pretty much keep busy all night. Had a really good time. Any downtime waiting for the next event was spent playing free pool or shuffle board.

A little pricey but always a great experience! Main event is a lot of fun, there’s a lot to do. My favorite is the bowling lanes. Like I said, a little expensive. The food is not that expensive though, just the admission and rental gear like shoes. Balls are free. Really nice inside! I don’t think this place is very old, but they keep it really up today and really nice.

Scheduled a corporate event here and had a couple miscommunications with room set and times for the food. Their team was amazing! They reset the room and were able to get the food out early with zero notice. I dont know if thats typical but both events we have had there have been great.Prices were fair and the conference room has 2 large TVs that can sync as well as a microphone and sound system. I will definitely use them again!

My family and friends come for the first time from the North Valley and it was well worth the drive and traffic. We really enjoyed 19.99 USD special! Overall the staff was excellent, friendly, made sure we were safe and had a blast.

Look no further if you need a spot for your next event, personal or business! Never cease to amaze! Their food is amazing and the Events team works with you on your budget. This place was allot of fun. Food I would definitely get before going. I ordered black bean vegetarian burger and it was not good, the bun was so hard it was not possible to eat. Facility was clean and parking lot was safe.

I wont be back again. The customer service was horrible. It was my first visit with my kids and friend. We had to wait a long time for activities and then it was like we were rushed to finish by the people running the events. You dont get your moneys worth at all. It was way to expensive for the lack of options and the food was gross. The only good thing was the shot if tequila we had and even that was overpriced. Back to Dave n Busters we go. Just thought we would give this place a try based upon all the hype. Never again.

Full of games and entertainment. Not so cheap but worth the fun. recently found new love for Main Event. Came on a Monday for a birthday meet up and had a great time. You have a choice of Monday food and games for $10 or $20 with food.

First thing to put out there in regards to Main Event is that is definitely more inclined for adults rather than kids. Their arcade is way to pricey for kids. One $5 dollar card might get a kid one or two plays depending on the game. Their virtual reality game is more wallet friendly than many of their arcade games. Dont get me wrong it is definitely fun just not budget friendly. Their food is pretty good and their selection of drinks is pretty fair.

This is a fun place. A little pricey but worth it if youre going to stay for many hours. Pool bowling laser tag. I would guess if theyre running some kind of special or something youre going to have to do a lot of now hes going to want to do that after paying lots of money to get in. We had to wait quite a long time for bowling but pool was open so we played well waiting. I suppose you could do the climbing also but the arcade could get pricey. Not something me and my kids are interested in any way. But we stayed for quite a while and played several games of pool got whatever the time limit is on bowling one hour? And then played several rounds of laser tag. That seems to be the least popular for some reason. I would like to have done the climbing stuff as well but I kids were not feeling it that day. Food and drinks are pricey could a hand stamp and go outside to eat. Who wants to pay tons of money after an expensive entrance fee you feel sort of Trapped. Note to management if you offered better food and prices it would probably sell more food and drinks.
