Escape room fanatic here. Have gone to two of the rooms they offer and both of them were fun. All of the staff is super friendly and they make sure you enjoy your experience. Definitely worth checking out.

I did LIT Halloween as my first escape room! I had so much fun with just myself and my boyfriend! We had 1 clue left!!! I count it as a will though...I was unable to attend the time I booked and was able to reschedule with ease. Thank you ladies! You guys were awesome!!

Went to the Inferno Escape Room on 7/3/2020. There were 5 of us in my group and we had so much fun. We first booked the Inventors room and Stone was our game master. He did a great job with hints for us when we were on the right path but stuck. He was also super friendly and overall made our experience great. We had such a good time we also did one more room, LIT. Jenny was our game master for this room and she also did a great job with our hints. This is a fun way to test your thinking skills. We all agree that we want to come back and escape the last room!Thank you Inferno staff!

What an amazing escape room. Recently taken over by new owners that were extremely helpful and responsive. We were having a girls night and recommended the perfect room. Safety precautions were on point with COVID procedures and we had a blast! Totally recommend!

I tried the LIT room with a group of friends. The puzzles were good and we had a lot of fun. The helper clues were great and timely. The only downfall is that the props seemed kind of cheap. Judicious use of duct tape cheapened the game play. Other clues were simply scotch taped to something or used white masking tape. I would want to see a better quality of presentation. That being said, Ill go again, but only if my friends invite me.

This happened to be my first escape the room experience and it was incredible! I am hooked! The idea for the room we were in was so clever. It was an 80s themed office and the layout and design were perfect and each task and lock were challenging and fun! Looking forward to doing more challenges with Inferno Escape Room!

If youre looking for an adventure, but youre lazy to travel, and youre good at cracking puzzles, inferno escape room is the one you should go for! Been there with my friends and we had one of the best times in our lives. The setting of each room, the closeness to reality and the ambient setting is just breathtaking! Had lot of fun! Must try! Especially the Inventors room!

Amazing experience! My group came in before regular hours to due to our busy schedules and the staff was very accommodating. The rooms were very fun and I can confidently say they helped us become closer and create fun memories.

I’ve done 2 rooms here when visiting and loved both of them. Their puzzles are awesome and there was minimal down time in either room even though we had two different size groups. Highly recommend!

Took our TEPCON Project Managers, Supervisors and Tradesmen to Inferno for our quarterly Team Building event.... Broke out into three teams and a great time was had by all! The rooms were creative and tough! The staff was awesome! We will be back...

One of my favorite places. The puzzles are extremely well done- not all linear and not just about finding things. They have a lot of things Ive never seen at another escape room.

Highly recommended. I really had great fun that day. It is not scary scene, but interesting puzzles. Love to go and try other themes next time!!!

We did Lit and really enjoyed it. The room had a fun story line and the clues/puzzles were creative. As a group we have probably done around 30 escape rooms and this room had one of my favorite puzzles of all time.

Inferno Escape has been my favorite escape room location yet. I’ve gone with brand new group and am experienced one. It’s a great location for all levels. Rooms change and hold a lot of Variety. DAD IS THE BEST. Better than BBQ Sauce from Jack in a Box on Cactus and 32nd Street. #143

Loved the Investors Secret escape room here at Inferno. Highly recommend this escape room. This room kept us on our toes and thinking at every step of the way, but not so hard that we couldnt enjoy ourselves.Special shout out to Chris for overseeing our awesome escape room experience and helping us succeed. Also, thank you to Ian at Alcatraz for recommending the awesome escape rooms at Inferno.

The devil is in the details, pun intended. I have been to many escape rooms and have never seen the amount of passion poured into a space as the Inferno did with this location. The level of thought that went into building these rooms and business is unmatched by any I have been to. I would say the closest that came to this experience would be in Austin, Texas. It is not rare to see passion from the employees at an escape room but it is rare to see the passion for perfection when it comes to providing an experience with some of the best built rooms the valley has to offer. Cant wait to visit them again! : )

My group went and did Lit which was awesome! The people there were super friendly and made sure to welcome and encourage those in our group who had never done an escape room before. They made sure to point out that everyone has skills that will help once in the room, they just might not realize it. There was also a warm-up escape room session available to us which was a good way to get the juices flowing with the other people. I plan on coming back again!

I’m going to start by letting you know that I have have done close to 100 escape rooms to date. We just did Lit and it was, by far, one of the best escape rooms I have done in the valley. The room and puzzles were very cleverly thought out and well designed. The owners clearly have a unique passion for their craft and are so welcoming and personable. Well done Inferno! We can’t wait to go back and try the other rooms soon! I would recommend this place to anyone! What a gem!

We had so much fun at Inferno Escape Room when my family was in town. It was the perfect activity for a group with different ages and interests. The game is well-written and challenging—we had to get creative. Made it out with just minutes to spare! Highly recommend.

Burned Out was my first ever escape room, and I was uncertain of what to expect. I had so much fun, and will definitely be back. The staff were supportive and encouraging without giving instructions which helped us know that we were on the right path. They helped make us comfortable trying something new, and made sure we had a good time.

Went here for team building exercise with my work. My boss was a bit unsure about the idea of an escape room (never been before), but it was a big hit with the team! Great rooms and great staff made me look like a genius for setting this up.

LIT is amazing whether you’re experienced or a newbie! Such a unique and fun theme for everyone young or old. It’s a must do! If it is your first game getting ready to get hooked into the world of escape rooms.

We played LIT and was by far the best time we ever had in an escape room! The puzzles were challenging and the room is set up to be fun throughout the whole game! Cant wait to play another Inferno game! The staff is the most friendly people weve had so far!

Played all the rooms here and all are very fun and unique! Burned outs 80s/the office vibe is awesome! All of the game masters we have had were great. Hope they expand so I can play more rooms.

Truly some of the best rooms weve done. The mini game is breaking new ground, where else can you try out what escape rooms are FOR FREE before you commit to signing up!! Inventors Secret has a cool atmosphere and neat techie things; Lit is a super creative game with unique elements and puzzles I havent seen anywhere else in 40+ rooms. Highly highly recommend Lit especially! Cant wait to see what they put in next!

Excellent room design and fun themes. LIT had just the right amount of challenge and intrigue to keep players moving and not bogged down with red herrings. The owner is awesome and Id recommend this place to anyone whos curious what an escape room should really be like.

We played LIT for a company outing and it was incredible! The puzzles were a lot of fun, and their room design was spot-on! I really loved their pre-game game the waiting room, it is so clever and really gets you primed and in the right mindset for what youre about to do. Inferno is a must for everyone.

Had an absolute blast. This was my first escape room and I ended up going again the next weekend to complete another room. Chris was super helpful and made sure to give us gentle hints when needed without blatantly giving the answer. Absolutely planning on going again :)

Burned out was excellent! Our group loved the puzzles! Not the typical lock and key puzzles you see everywhere else. The waiting room was so helpful for the first-timers in our group. A great experience!

Did the LIT room last night and we had a blast! We did it with only 3 players but theres definitely enough room and puzzle for at least 5 or 6 players. Room was super clean and integrated modern technology- had a laptop and phone which you have to use. Would 100% recommend if you are looking for something to do in the Tempe, Scottsdale area. Only seconds away from ASU main campus, Go Devils!!

WOW! Simply WOW! Lit is one of my favorite rooms Ive ever done. Out of the 100+ rooms ive completed, this is only 1 of 2 rooms to every fully immerse me, and to top it off the experience pulled me in before even getting into the room. Well done! Such a breath of fresh air in the industry. Innovative and creative with a great mix of tech and traditional tactile parts. I was extremely impressed with variation on puzzle types Ive seen before, which made me think I had something immediately, until having to take a second look and work out the actual answer. And thats just Lit. I was also able to try out the Inventors Secret. Another top notch room, some great jaw dropping moments, some fantastic tech, good long puzzles and the entire look of the room is impressive to say the least. Im definitely looking forward for this one to expand and grow with new rooms as they set the bar high and I cant wait to see how they take it even further!

I took my staff to inferno and we had a great time. It was very challenging. The puzzles were very well thought out and Chris was great. I see why they have a 5 star rating.

The owner is honestly the best game master I have ever had. Hes delt with all of our bull and it was a great experience. The owner/kriss/Dad is 10,000x better than BBQ sauce on pancakes!

My wife and I did Lit and had a great time. The room was full of different types of puzzles. The workers were super friendly and obviously have a passion for their craft.

Dustin was so welcoming and Kris was an awesome moderator. Although inventors secret lair isnt for my strengths, the room is immersive with fantastic decor and mood lighting. The riddles are fulfilling and wholly interactive. Definitely recommend for the technically inclined. Dress up if you can! Thank you inferno for a fantastic experience. A+++

As someone who works at an escape room and has done 60+ rooms, LIT easily makes my top 5. Such a fun room, great puzzles, an accessible theme that really makes sense and one that allows you to fall that much more into the game. There were numerous moments that made me giggle, and a surprising amount of originality that I genuinely appreciated!

These guys are the real deal! Our team has collectively done probably over 100 rooms and we all walked away from Lit saying that was one of the best rooms weve ever done. We also had the privilege of beta testing their new room and it is just as amazing! It is apparent that they are players first and business owners second. If youre looking for a room where everyone on your team actively has something they can work on at the same time (which is rare in the escape room world), where all of the puzzles make intuitive sense, where it isnt just lock after lock with no end in sight, go check these guys out! Id recommend them 100x over. Weve done other rooms that we would consider amazing, but the staff here truly sets them apart from anywhere else weve ever been. They welcomed us like family the minute we walked in the door and truly cared about our feedback each time.

We played Lit and cant wait to play their second room! The staff is friendly, interactive and easy going. The rooms are filled with puzzles for any level! Such a great spot for family day, team building or friends night out.

The Inferno Escape room is the third escape room event I have participated in. By far I had the most fun and felt more at ease then I ever have. The crew was outstanding making the “Lit” room entertaining yet challenging. I can’t wait to try their next room Inventors Secret. And as a former Sun Devil I can appreciate the tie in of the Inferno name with their close proximity to the Arizona state campus.

Have been able to do all the rooms they offer, and they are amazing. Each room has different puzzles requiring specific skill sets. You will benefit greatly from having many people in your squad, as each person presents different ideas. It can get frustrating at times, but the GMs will help you out with tips on how to solve the issue at hand. Will be back soon!

Chris was great. Fun to talk to and helpful. However; the room itself was broke. We did inventors secret and the ending was broke. The water feature was also broke. Kinda of a let down that the ending didnt work after spending an hour plus in the room...

My family and I went to The Inferno for something fun and different to do. The escape room we did was ‘Lit’. It was great and kept us on our toes until the end. An extra plus, this company is Deaf/Hard of Hearing friendly. Not many companies take the time to make it accessible for everyone. So if you’re looking for something fun to do in the valley look no further.

Inventors Secret Lair was absolutely fantastic! The aesthetic hit me hard in the bowels of my nerddom. An extremely satisfying experience with plenty of puzzles to solve (God, I love opening locks) and, if you find yourself out of options, you could spend the whole hour just marvelling at the set design. Some extremely clever mechanics and a variety of cerebral and tactile challenges made it one heckuva solid exoerience. Extra thanks to Kris for being a spectacular mod, your witty banter made my day.

We did Lit, and thought the tone of the room was great. Very puzzle-dense, which kept you engaged the whole time. Fun level of immersion without any overly done tech prone to failure.
