This is a nice trail. It is easily accessible, and there are portions where you really get into nature. Overall, the trail butts up against populated areas. So if you are looking for a complete getaway, you wont find it. Easy parking available.

Very calm and relaxing environment. We just did a picnic there and I honestly didnt wanna leave because of how relaxed we were. Definitely going again

Beautiful paved trail for walking, running, cycling, rollerblading or strolling.

Love rollerblading here, i do wish certain parts were a little smoother but overall great trail.

Great trail to walk our dogs or ride a bike. 2$ to park your car till you leave if you drive in but I feel its worth it since they keep up with the grass and paved bike trail

Great place to sit down for a break eat a pinic. They have water and restrooms as well. Great for fishing

Its the restroom stop when on the Upper Trail. The great people at Hillsborough County keep this facility well maintained and unbelievably clean. Very well lit and safe.Thanks !!!

Parking lot was empty on a weekday early afternoon. Not located near end of trail so may not get much play. Nice facility.

I have been walking or biking along this trail for several years - it was always clean, pleasant to walk alongside the water. There are water stops along the way also.

I have the fondest of memories walking here with my late wife in the hot and beautiful summer days. Great place to take your mind off things or in my case reminisce on what used to be. Beautiful park.

I saw three manatees in the canal, unexpected and heavenly. However, this is not my favorite place to walk alone during the middle of the work day because I did not feel entirely safe because of the people hanging out near the restrooms. There is also not much shade on this section of trail. But encountering manatees in a city park was a priceless experience and I watched them for awhile.

Excellent park with great facilities. Do know that there is a $2 cover charge but it is worth it if you look at the amenities.

Great park to get on the Upper Tampa Trail with a few picnic tables available but not much shade provided. Restroom facilities are available and usually in good order. Water fountains and vending machines also available. There is a $2 parking fee; credit cards and cash are accepted via an automated parking ticket machine. The trail itself is limited on shade so sun protection is advised.

Very nice Park. Clean Bathroom. You have to pay$2 to park if you plan to use the trails.

Nice facilities. Bathrooms, water fountains, and plenty of parking. The trail itself is nice smooth asphalt for bicycles. However, there is no real shade on this stretch. The path follows the canal and a major road before turning to sidewalks. No real scenery and not much nature to be seen. The other sections of the upper tampa bay trail are much nicer to walk.

Way to many shady people hanging out there. Wouldnt advise women nor children to be left alone or unattended. Otherwise nice park. As with any place just be aware of your surroundings.

Plenty of parking at $2 a car. 7 mile paved hike and bike trail.

I enjoy bike riding on this trail because it is not flat or straight. You will encounter a bridge and other slopes that make this trail a little more challenging to the novice. The areas are kept clean and there is plenty of water along the trail. I would give it a 5 stars, but there is a section that goes behind the Hillsborough Solid Waste Department that I have to hold my breath. LOL

Poor location lot of publicity endangered the public with the owl passing through high traffic at high speed dont come over here this dangerous

Loved the paved running trail and got my 9m in no problem distance-wise.

Nice area with restrooms, covered bench area and shaded parking spots. Makes for a great starting point to jog,walk,bike roller blade walk your dog on the trail.

Good place to stroll or use your bike, it is a long trail which I like it, but go there before 7:00pm, otherwise the mosquitoes are going to eat you alive.

Great trail sometimes stinky because of the garbage dump and water reclamation but nice paths overall
