The park is old,and trashy ever since new management took over. They do not know how to manage, nor do they fix anything in timely manner.Also. management has a problem with speaking to their tenants, and others in general. Bad habit of talking down to people and acting like they are the smart ones and that everyone else is stupid.I hate Google. Ive been attempting to update this review in a separate box for 3 days and the fine idiots at Google will not allow it.Anyway, i should have updated this review some time ago but I forgot Id even did this, so, here goes.Quit a few things have changed with this park and its neighbor up the street, the main thing being that management has calmed down a lot.The tenants can actually speak to them now without feeling as if their thoughts/opinions do not matter.Management is pretty much in to knowing how run the park without seeming as if they have no clue. I should note that they have to manage 4 various parks and that it would be overwhelming to just about anyone to come in and have things going smoothly. It does take a bit to catch up on things.The gist of this is that the park is no longer on my stay away list. Also, if you want peace and quiet, this is one place to be. The other park near this one ( Pelican) is also nice and quiet.I should make it clear that the parks are no longer as trashed as earlier posted as they have done well in cleaning the trash up. If you move into this park, watch your cigarette butts or youre liable to get spanked. Those are a no-no, which is a good thing.Anyway, check the place out of youre looking for reasonable, quiet place.
