Uh. Its a mobile home community that has seen better days. The amount of stray cats and the smell of cat urine is a bit overwhelming. They need to have a policy that all addresses look in uniform. No real structure there. The cats though...ugh.

I have signed up for the pool numerous times ... i have gotten there at the appropriate time only to find nobody to let you in .... ..i went yesterday to swim again only to be met at the door for them to tell me its closed ... ok why waste peoples time if your not going to let them in or make up a lame excuse why you cant swim ...why the big deal with the sign up?next time i will record exactly what is being said and send it to you ....we pay for these services and are totally unable to use them ..... and in jan. lot rent will go up for the 5th consecutive year ... for what ? so we can look at the pool and drive by ? so we can look at the picnic area, and drive by so we can look at the boat launch, and what drive by .... .

Ill assume its a good place to live. .I dont live there but the community seems nice

I applied since March 6 2020 and was in the office. I did an application with Alfonso and paided an application fee was approved and was living in N.Y. and Alfonso spoke with my case manager in N.Y. and my case manager had issue me a check of 1000.00 dollars under the property name. Alfonso had told my case manager in N.Y that i had to move in on the 1st of April and when i arrived from N.y a week later was informed he no longer works there. Was dealing with Jeremy and was told i was approved for rental or purchased. Then was told i have to give in almost 1800.00 and give my eft account number for what when i had checks from N.Y. in the property name and was not given the home at all. Till this day i am not even in the month its been a month like really. And due to the Covd-19 i even asked if i can do a payment plan and was told no i have 1000.00 in check with the property name on them and cant do anything cause its under the property and not even in a home have to live in the streets after Alfonso said my move in date was April 1st. What community does this to people.

Sometimes when the manager hits on your wife you want to move out of the place where something like this can happen, but Im going to stay and if I keeps getting harrassed Alfonso is going to get the best of the powers of what a person may bring against the community.The community is getting to expensive to live here for some people and forcing them out by raising the rates is not ethical.Some of the maintenance employees have a drug problem and I wish they would randomly drug test....If you could help it dont live here and if i didnt own my home I would move but Id rather live out the rest of my life here cause a person like Alfonso is a bad taste for the residents here., and if the owners of the property value their residents they would find a manager who has integrity......thanks for reading

They will, in an unorthodox fashion TOW YOUR vehical without knowledge of reason, when in fact youve violated not one rule. Especially when youve been outside parts of the day while seeing these grounds men and not once get notified of any wrongdoing. Under investigation

If you enjoy paying your hard earned money to allow people to victimize/scam/prey on you & then bullied by them when you say something, then this should be your new home! Seriously, dont make the mistake we did, we thought wow, cant be that bad, maybe its the critics fault...now we are paying the price for not having taken other warnings, now were being extra bullied for speaking up, even showed up to take pics of our lot the very day after, retaliation at its best! And not ONE attempt to have a conversation. ... RUN FAR AWAY - DONT LOOK BACK - STAY AWAY! AND KEEP YOUR LOVE ONES, FRIENDS, OR ANYONE FOR THAT MATTER FROM DEALING WITH THEM!

Nice Mobile Home Park family friendly

I LOVE my mobile home park, great amenities and friendly neighborhood, great scenery and an overall friendly family atmosphere. Its kept up well and yet not Micro Managed. I have been here for over 5years and I would recommend to anyone . Elm & Middle Schools, Grocery Stores,Drug Stores,Dr Office and Food Chains are so near, all within walking distance, great for all ages, everything is close by. You wont be disappointed .

People need to mind there own business ...not everyone is like that but some people unfortunately are. The place is quiet and safe so far, no complaints about that!

My car was towed from the end of a turn around in front of my house. I have park in the same spot for the three years I have lived here. I have never received a warning or notice I could not park here. I had to pay $240 (cash only) to get my car back. This is a very shady way to do business and treat your paying residents.

SO FAR I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PLEASANT ENCOUNTERS, WHEN MEETING WITH ALFRED. HE HAS BEEN VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS AND GREAT TO WORK WITH. I AM A HAPPY CAMPER.

I have lived here for 5 years, and I must say this is the most beautiful place that Ive lived.

They are always shutting off the water. They say they are going to turn it on at certain hour but they never do.

Facility is nice, but the security guard looks for picking arguments. Wont reccomend.

Family friendly, Excellent care of pool, Dog friendly, Great lawn service.

Very disgusted with whats happened to family members from cuba. They purchased an old mobil home. Then office staff wouldnt allow them to live there. Had to hire attorney for race discrimination. Will allow criminals and drug dealers to live there. But not hardworking family because the puerto ricans in office dont like the cubans. Discrimination in fullest....

Really bad staff. Openly hostile and discriminatory towards anyone who is not part of the approved race.

Completely unhappy as a long time resident 2017 was the worst this place has ever been a lot of empty homes alot more than normal people stoped moving in to toxic homeskeep your family safe dont buy a toxic homeLook up their business license it says there selling toxic homes here contact the homeowners association

The staff is not very friendly here are very suspicious of everybody
