A friend lives there and mess up way they handle repairs .as well as manager rude .and steals ppl rent .places have bugs .

You can enjoy yourself there and have a pleasant time for a chance to be around normal people who will treat you good AMENAMEN HALLELUJAHAMEN

The owner is a grouch but the place is quiet and affordable

Do not rent from them. They have horrible bookkeeping and will Jack U 4 rent they say is unpaid. They tried to get me for $300 but I moved out on their ass. Theyre trailers have rats bed bugs and roaches. You really need to stay away from this trailer park Ive lived there twice and both experiences were absolutely horrifying. Trailers or not up to code the floors are not flat I just highly advise that you stay away. The owner Ray is getting old and senile. So you already know how thats going to go

Completely disrespectful to prospective tenants. The place has been a mess for a while.

If u want 2 live here dont expect perfection . Theyre good to some and mean to others in time of FEMA crisis even if you paid your rent on time and part of their community over 5Yrs dont be suprized if your given the cold shoulder. There is also ALOT of Gossip in this Park even if your Disabled, want 2 stay to Yourself and be left alone. Someone is always talking behind your back ;(

Ray runs a very clean park..No hoodlums here which surprised me..Recomend you check out the trailer cause you do get what u pay for but worth the look for a starter couple.
