Tried to become a renter a few years back. But didnt allow my wife to move there because of a DUI on her record. Yet they allow people who actively do drugs to live there. I visit here often to see a friend and hangout with them. They run these trailers into the ground. If they do any repairs its going to be rigged dirt cheap in order to save them money. That is after you constantly ask them to fix it because honestly they dont want to. They keep raising the rent meanwhile the place is falling further into disrepair. Sometimes you may hear gun shots near by. This is not a great place to live by any means. Im glad I got rejected and not have to deal with this place first hand.

Lived here over a year, no problems at all. As long as you pay your rent and dont cause problems there is no problems. Some traffic from the salvation army flood the street on certain days but thats not the landlords fault. Its overall a very quiet laid back place considering the area.

When I lived there for 13 years with my wife and two kids but it was quiet in the landlord is a slumlord so if you can avoid it dont run from him unless you dont have any other place to go

Great office and maintenance staff. Friendly and professional. Fair weekly rental prices. Would be nice to see the homes pressure washed more often. Overall not too bad considering the location

Very quiet most of the time. Nice place to live. Close to thrift stores and convenient stores. Wal-Mart is just down the road. Close to main highway exits. Lanlord and office manager are very nice.. If you need anything fixed they are on it. Nice place to live. Rent is a just little high. Overall I like it!

Needs a lot of work and its a run down hell hole and when it comes to major repairs they make excuses but I can say its a place to live but dont expect much. Oh yeah always water problems and noisey.

Easy going, decent housing. Office is always willing to work with you. Maintenance is quick and reliable.

Its like any other you just rent. But its a start to be able to own
