The community looks good. The main roads and areas look clean. But new houses are very expensive and the monthly payment of the lot too. Old houses are NOT well anchored, they are very expensive and hardly any insurance wants to accept them. When it rains, several streets flood and you cant drive. In the community there are many cats that damage the garden and the mobile home underneath. There are people who have complained of robberies in this community and it does NOT have security guards. On the main street in the morning and afternoon there is a lot of traffic and the speed is very high. Many accidents have been reported here. Everything else is good and clean. - - - - - - La comunidad se ve bien. Las vías y áreas principales se ven limpias. Pero las casas nuevas son muy costosas y el pago mensual del lot también. Las casas viejas NO están bien ancladas, son muy costosas y apenas los seguros las quieren aceptar. Cuando llueve varias calles se inundan y no se puede conducir. En la comunidad hay muchos gatos que dañan el jardín y la mobilehome por debajo. Hay personas que se han querellado de robos en esta comunidad y NO tiene guardias de seguridad. En la calle principal en las mañanas y en la tarde hay mucho tráfico y la velocidad es muy alta. Aquí se han reportado muchos accidentes. Todo lo demás es bueno y limpio.

Great community with plenty of amenities to enjoy.

Exceptional pool area, nice and clean. There are pickleball courts, so play is there. Not many players in the community, but that will change. The courts arent shaded, but are nice. Bring a chair as seating is limited.

You need to be able to accept new rules on a daily basis and have a decent amount of money to live here. New Manager keeps adding her new rules every day and is very rude and disrespectful! All she cares about is the lot rent and taxes are being paid for. Likes to threaten the tenants with there lawyers. Its her way or the highway. Things have changed so much in this park and not for the better.

I almost got hit by a car, it was speeding around 8pm I was walking towards the entrance, and it didn’t stop.

It was better place to live when it was a 55 + community, now is like who ever wants to be here just come over. The entrance gate is broken all the time, so I dont feel secure anymore. We have an exercise room that can be use by 8AM only. What about some of us that start working earlier in the morning? If a key for the door pool is given to you why not the exercise room?????

Been here 12 yrs. If I knew then what I know now, I would not have moved here. Lot rent goes up every yr. Now double then when I moved in. Rules and more rules. We even pay taxes yearly on the land we dont own.
