As someone who has driven through here several times, this is a nice tip of the hat to a vestige of old Florida. It used to be common to find a well-kept mobile home park, but not anymore with todays prices skyrocketing. However, this quiet little neighborhood looks like a place I would be interested in checking out if I had the needs and the means to do so in my twilight years.

Lakeshore Villas is such a fun place to do karaoke, such nice people. Everyone that lives there should come out and experience what fun it is. Thank you Bert and Helen and all your singing guests. Chris and Kathy

I hope you like ALOT of DUCKS and CATS... because they are EVERYWHERE and leave their deposits all over your vehicles and driveway areas...

We are currently looking for a home and are particularly focused on Lakeshore Villas. They keep this park in beautiful condition.

Cleanest park in Tampa !

Place has gone down the tubes. They raise rent and dont do enough for the community. They even sold a mans home while he was up north at his summer home. He came back to find someone living in his home! The property managers throw your requests in the trash and they never get filed. Residents had to start taking pictures of the requests for proof they existed. These vultures are forcing out residents who have spent their last days here with abusive treatment and broken promises. STAY AWAY

I was there visiting a friend. It was a really nice neighborhood. If I lived closer to this area and the price was reasonable Id consider getting a place here.

Very nice community!

It was gorgeous! It was clean, well kept and just all around nice! The office staff wasnt there so I took the liberty to show myself around! The clubhouse rocks and everything was really clean and they even have a bulletin board. The way people keep their homes it reflects their own personal style and the whole property look nice - Im impressed!!

Visited the Clubroom for a Baby Shower today. This spacious amenity is well appointed and is maintained proficiently. The space was planned well. It includes a stage, an upright piano, a fireplace and a pool table. The separate kitchen is large and has an attached serving counter located in the main room large enough for buffet-style serving. The AC was cold and the many ceiling fans circulated the air well. For their Residents convenience, dining tables and chairs are available for use. Rental is easy and convenient, too.

Wow, what a beautiful clubhouse, library was so cozy workout room made you want to workout. The place was spotless would love that person to upkeep my home.

Hoa does not want to help tenants they want to just collect dues and deny help when needed

I live here! It is a 55+ Community.Yard Maintenance is poor for the money paid for LOT RENT.I moved here after downsizing from my home. My stay here has been very contentious with management/administration. Sun Communities is about making money for Sun Communities not the needs of the residents.

My 5 1/2 year old son is trach and vent dependannt, has significant brain injury and is totally dependant on someone caring for him. He cant walk, talk, or even roll over. He is a happy child, however, and smile whenever you pay him any attention, he smiles so big. About a month ago, after 5 years at home, we made the heart wrenching decision to place him in a care facility, out od sheer exhaustion, 24 hour care means you dont eat sleep, or leave the house. We did that for 5 years. After countless disputes with the staff, and rash after horrible rash, mysterious bruises they explained away and not to mention countless changes in care that could have been detrimental to his health and welfare. We were starting to look for other options when we recieved a phone call that our son was taken to the Er for unexplained swelling, the hospital found no reason to keep him and sent him back to Lakeshore Villas, only to call the next morning and find out that the real reason for his swelling was that someone had BROKEN his arm. My child does not have brittle bones, so for someone to have broken the top post humerous bone, the hardest one in your arm, they had to have done something significantly violent to have caused him a displaced fracture. We have since moved our son somewhere else, and so far things are good. I just want to caution anyone who may consider Senior Care Group, Lakeshore Villas for an elderly family member, or a child for the pediatric side, to really think twice. If you cant be there extremely often to check on your child, or adult loved one, try to find somewhere with a better reputation. There is nowhere better than home, and maybe someday we will be able to return to caring for our son 24/7 at home again, but when you need a place to help when you cant do it anymore, be very careful which place you choose. Not everyone loves your loved one lke you do, and some people just hate their jobs, and resent the people they care for, because, after all, its just a lousy paycheck to them at the end of the day. I will never forget the way my little baby boy cried and how much pain he was in when we came in, and there in NO recourse for these actions on their part. For all of the good a few are trying to do, it is worthless without weeding out the bad apples who spoil the entire thing for everyone. Good riddance Lakeshore Villas. Our family will never forgive you.
