Visiting it seemed quiet I was only visiting there who knows after dark just like anywhere

Its a quiet friendly place to live with reasonable rent prices pet friendly and pretty well-maintained

This place is horrible!! Do not rent these trailers! The property manager is a slumlord and could care less about his tenets. He has tried to scam me out of over paying on my rent saying I havent paid on my pet deposits in 6 months and when I pulled out every receipt from each month of payment he had nothing to say got mad and said I still dont believe it but I will let if go when there was PROOF! The whole park has pest problems and are told the tenets have to take care of it when the problem was there before I moved in and was brought to believe it was going to get taken care of. Nothing but headaches at this place and i was being charged way too much money to be in such a shity rental. Very poor quality the trailers are in and even against codes regulations! I repeat DO NOT RENT HERE you will not be happy!
