$600 weekly for a 2 bedroom 2 bath lopsided single wide trailer. Basically they exploit and even take be advantage of the fact that the tenants of the mobile home park either have evictions bad credit or felonies. If you are 24 hrs late with your rent they charge a fee of $50 per day. Manager is nosey as hell and the mailboxes...yeah maybe youll get it after your neighbors..

The owner is a crook, dont be fooled by the sign that says under new management. Google him. Paul Chadley Comingore. You have been warned.

VERY PROFESSIONAL MANAGER!! SHANNON IS FABULOUS!! I HAD TO WAIT A WEEK FOR MY HOME BUT IT WAS WELL WORTH IT. VERY CONVENIENT TO WHERE I WORK AND I COULDNT ASK FOR BETTER NEIGHBORS. MY HOME LOOKED AMAZING THE DAY THAT I MOVED IN. HER MAINTENANCE GUYS DID AN AWESOME JOB!! LOOK FORWARD TO LIVING HERE FOR A LONG WHILE!!

I JUST MOVED BACK DOWN HERE AFTER BEING OUT OF STATE FOR THE PAST YEAR. I HAD COME TO THIS PARK THEN AND WAS ABOUT TO MOVE IN UNTIL I HAD A FAMILY EMERGENCY MAKING ME GO BACK UP NORTH. I WAS SHOCKED TO SEE THE DIFFERENCE FROM THEN TO NOW. THIS MANAGER MUST BE DOING SOMETHING RIGHT!! THE PARK IS CLEAN AND LOOKS GREAT!! FEELS GREAT TO BE A PART OF THIS COMMUNITY!!

This is one of the most peaceful atmospheres Ive ye to see in a mobile home community. Very nice and clean, away from high traffic and a safe area for kids.

Online it said they had trailers for rent as low as 600 and I go in and they are over 900 a month.

For one the rent is NOT worth the homes. The manager claimed she paid people to clean our home. She must be blind because it was disgusting. We moved within a month because it was horrible. No parking space, people doing drugs and fighting. Just not a good neighborhood & personally theyou are rip offs. Do NOT rent here.

1000% awful. Went to view a property listed as a 2/1 for $850. I spent over an hour filling out an application prior to even being provided a chance to see if I was even interested. I had my 3 year old with me and had to have him go #1 outside since the office had no bathroom. After being informed the payments would be $250 per week I was led to a disgusting mobile surrounded by dirt and flooded water. I wish I had photos of the unit I was shown but wanted to escape IMMEDIATELY!!! Obviously the listing was a scam includong pictures of some other mobile home that was completely not the one available. The office reaked of cigarettes with an ashtray full of cigarette butts within my sons reach. This place is awful but perfect for anyone that cannot get approved for housing due to legal issues, criminal history or any other lifestyle problems. I feel for those of you in such a predicament....especially if you have changed your life for the better. No one deserves to live in such a place....

Ok, let me start with the good things! We moved in beginning of December, our Manager @ the time was Shannon, and she is a kick ass manager! The park itself, it’s maintained for the most part, & I don’t have cockroaches, they come from people who don’t clean! The rent is as high as it is bc if you have evictions, they giving you a second chance! Now the con: my husband & I took on the cleaning & painting of the trailers the first of January, 2018! For it gives you credit towards your rent, SO IT IS SAID, I will say that my husband & I have done atleast 14 homes, before & after pictures & they do not give you your credits! Excuse after excuse after excuse! Sooo don’t do it bc you will literally be doing FREE work! They want there homes done & rent paid but no respect on giving you the credit you deserve! Period! So I suggest that you just pay your weekly rent bc they WILL NOT give you your credits it is a scam! I am not the only one this has happened to! Otherwise, the park itself is maintained and clean, kids, if you don’t like kids, don’t move to these parks!

Literally the worst place to ever live. Infested with roaches, they dont clean between tenants. if something breaks, youre going to have to wait til they feel like fixing it. They overcharge for rent, especially water and the neighborhood uses well water. Stay away!!!!

Lied to you on the phone to get you to come look at their broken up nasty trailers for rent! Was told $650 a month got there gave them all my info and was then told $250 a week!!!!!

My mother had me with the maintenance man in 1995. i guess they dont know how to fix pluming here

This is the worst place in trailer park historyOur trailter has bugs and lizards and frogs jumping into home when we moved in we had to do our own cleaning it is so nasty we even have mode in the bathroomAnd they dont fix anything we have yet to swe a maintenance man or crew this doesnt even deserve 1 starAnd this what i would say a trashy nasty

Worst experience ever

Was told there was a 3bdrm trailer available after Christmas. We called many times during that week and a half period to find out if it was still available and got the same answer every time... after Christmas. Had an appointment to view the trailer and Gloria had rented it out two weeks ago without telling Us.
