Decent for mobile home park

People are interested in the units not to look at a bunch of people on photos. Thats crazy

Had to change the rating after the manager told my brother and I that we couldnt rent a trailer together.

This is a run down trailer park. Well located nice surroundings. But depressed.

We are going to have to come back

The location is great (close to schools, bus, etc) and pretty quiet, which is why I was so interested in this place. Not only is management incredibly hard to get ahold of, she clearly hasnt heard of the Americans with Disabilities Act or the Fair Housing Act. I was told that despite having paperwork confirming that my perfectly friendly and well-behaved American Pitbull Terrier is an official EMOTIONAL SUPPORT DOG, she would not allow me to have her at the park. She also tried to tell me that Tampa has a ban on pitbulls which is ludicrous. She also said that she didnt want anymore cats due to the ridiculous amount of feral cats that have overrun the park. Nevermind that my cats are indoor cats and neutered.The place we were looking at needed quite a bit of work for the price (#114 - 650/month for a tiny one bedroom), so her ignorance was a blessing in disguise. This has been reported to HUD.If you can, keep searching for another place!

Clean easy to get to and quiet

My husband and I have been recently looking for affordable places around Tampa, drove through here and seen there was a trailer for rent so we got an application, filled it out and called the number on the door at least 20 times with not one answer and the voicemail hasnt been set up. So I decided to call the second number on there, which was a man who had absolutely no clue about the rentals and he would relay the message and I never received a call back so I called again because we need a place, like yesterday. well the guy was extremely rude. Im not one to complain but he didnt even try to help, and just kept getting an attitude. I am extremely dissapointed. If you are in this profession, you treat potential renters with respect or you need to find a job where you dont work around people. if Im willing to giving you my money I expect more than what this trailer park gives.

They tell you everything you want to hear to get you in the doors and they dont want to do nothing told them my roof is falling in my living room so they climbed on top and said I have a roof over on my trailer so its not leaking I never said nothing about a week I said the roof inside my trailer is falling down and the bad part about it is the manager actually came over here and looked and seen the roof is falling down inside the trailer and told me thats not on the top of her list thats just one experience Ive been here 1 month Im ready to move out dont move in to Breezewood mobile home park btw the manager bobby Gregory had a warrant for her arrest

I really loved the park and Im interested in the mobile home 114.
