Ive been here one year and I love being here. My parents have been here 35 years. Its nice being in your own community.

We loved it here.So sad we had to move back home.

Looks like a good area to live. My husband and I are looking for an area to move to.

I too have called the office before and was treated rudely. That is if you can get them to return the call. Love the location and the park itself.

They have a well kept nice park and they are upgrading all the time, its quite, clean and well maintained. Everyone is going to be surprised.

Quiet community great for the senior which wants a peaceful environment

Literally just called to see if there were any openings and informed the lady that all their reviews say friendly and low rent and who ever answered the phone was simply rude!! No need to be sorry nasty when some one is simply inquiring about their homes!

Majority of people interacted with were type rude. Some wouldnt stop their vehicles to allow you to pass as you walked by. Too many entitled old people I guess..

This is a great place if you want peaceful living. There are all kinds of activities and everyone is friendly.

Nice clean community but expensive

Low lot rent. Good management. Low/reasonable prices on homes (they sell fast!)

Another corporate buyout with more corporate promises broken . They have raised our rent 3 times this year and promised to raise it again . Nice to know our rent goes up before my payday can keep up with it . But what can you do when they hang your head over a barrel . We are not happy residents here as we scramble to keep up with this new cost of living !My advice, dont rent here, dont even apply here . This place deserves to die out due to the way the betrayed those of us who lived here before bedrock llc took over .

Just a wonderful place! The maintenance stuff is very helpful and caring. A fantastic place to live.
