Place sucks.. light is always going out, including the water. They add stuff that we don’t need in this community instead of fixing the park, basketball court and everything that needs to be fixed. Rent is way too expensive for a mobile home.. manager is rude.. This place is like hell you can’t do anything here or have anything here.. if i can give this place a zero star i would cause this place is ridiculous.

Nice retirement community centrally located to beaches and downtown Tampa.

The guy who runs it Jose hes something else hell put a homeowner and Esther changes if you dont follow the rules but thats what people and places need is structuring law. I have to admit that when he took the job from Mac I knew right away that he was going to try to change the park around and years later hes done that. I have been able to see the place looking better and better. If your a drug dealer or a felon your butt wont be able to stay for long. He is definitely not tolerable towards the (no do gooders). Keep up the good work and for the record stop raising the lot rent. Everyone knows you only pay your workers $8.25 an he you cheap ;!?**::*✓[✓

Very quiet and cozy community

Loud kids and the pool is disgusting the rebt ridiculously expensive.

Three Lakes Community is one of the best Mobile home Community in TNC area very clean Manager Jose is very strict so it makes you feel safe many tenants dont agree but they dont understand, that if they want to live in a safe Community it takes discipline to achieve results and if i feel my family is safe Im all for it.

This community sucks I put one star because im not able to put 0,the light always going out just like the water.

Terrible place thats continually getting worse. 3 weeks of pure sewage pumped directly into the streets. Management ( Jose?) thats verbally abusive to residents. Terrible place that continually raises rates . Call and ask how long the gates have been broken....close to a year now. Its a mobile home park and most can he glossed over except for the management. Dont waste your hard earned money .

Great place to live. Good for familys.

The people in the office Jose and Steven are the worst ever they talk to people like trash. I wouldnt want to live somewhere two individual dont know how to speak or treat people.

This mgr is rude, uncaring with residents. this park have a lot of issues and he just take action when he knows you can make something against him. he just cares about his salary!!
