Quiet, and no one bothers you. Except for the occasional cake seller that comes around. Awesome cakes, variety of flavors.

DAVPAM now called Casa Verde Mobile Home Park (part of Lakeshore Communities Inc. also called Lakeshore Management Inc.).You can see videos of this place that are on you tube. History of people with drugs in here and the Court has entered convictions for felony - cocaine and other convictions.And, ABC Action News - Tampa reported serious stabbing in Casa Verde on Bryan Road.In other case, the Court entered conviction for felony shooting on dweller who shot at other dwellers who live in Casa Verde and Paradise Village.Also, reviews are on Yellow Pages, Yelp.Reviews on Google under old business name DAVPAM Mobile Home Park.And, vandalism and graffiti problems in Casa Verde and Paradise Village, (which are owned by Lakeshore Management, Inc.) have been reported on local Tampa News, such as WTSP News. WFTS News, Tampa Bay Times, WFLA News reported on the arson and graffiti problems in Casa Verde.

Its turned into little Mexico.Thats not bad, but there put a lot trailers in there.

I kno folks who live there, I wouldnt. It used to be pretty run down but new owners are trying to make it better. They can make it pretty all they want, the people dont change. Enough said, right?

Visiting a friend of mine who needed my assistant for his shows/performance as well as I needed some assistance with my shows and performances.

In 2019, the monthly rent is $611.91 and the late fee is $100 after the 5th of the month.Lakeshore Management and Lakeshore Communities own many mobile home parks in the U.S. In 2014, Lakeshore purchased DAVPAM Mobile Home Park and changed the name to Casa Verde Mobile Home Park. In 2014, the rent was $492 which included the water, sewer, and trash. In 2019, the Casa Verde rent is about $612 with water, sewer, and trash and theres lots of problems with the water and the Managers. The EPA has reported that some parks in Florida have polluted water like in Paradise Village Mobile Home Park and Casa Verde Mobile Home Park. Congressmen have been told about the water problems and other problems with Lakeshore. The Managers for Lakeshore have taped peoples rent money orders and then went to Eviction Court saying the people didnt pay the rent. Be careful with your rent payments and save copies of rent payments.

Management is never in their office during open hours and its kind of ridiculous that I have to track someone down and waste 3-4 days of my time to pay my rent! Why do you even have office hours if your closed for the whole duration of the hours? Why should I have to pay a late fee on rent beacuse you cant do your damn job! Pool is never open either!

Casa verda a.k.a. (dave pam) is not somwhere to raise kids if your a junkie on drugs this is the place to live its way over priced an extremely unreasonable considering how close it is to all the bars.

Davpam is now Casa Verde. Casa Verde Mobile Home Park is not a place anyone should want to live at due to vandalism, graffiti problems, multiple arson, drug sales, theft, rising cost of rent yearly and rude management. 3 years ago when this mobile home park was purchased by Lakeshore Management there were promises made to the tenants of Casa Verde like new pool furniture, playground, clubhouse, pot luck dinners and meetings. The tenants finally got the new pool furniture around the end of the summer 2016. The so-called new playground equipment and bench has to be used. It has been repainted, the plastic parts are dull in color on the playground equipment and the bench wood is very old. You might get a splinter if you sit on the bench! The new clubhouse should be finished soon but its a shame it took 3 years to get to this point. Rent has gone up every year since Lakeshore Management purchased this park. Im afraid the tenants will be paying 6 hundred a month in the next 2 or 3 years if Lakeshore Management keeps rising the rates. Management is friendly when tenants are paying rent but can be rude if you have questions. Offices is closed alot!

Slomlord management suck and distrustful and out to take your home to put money in there own pocket . looking for homeowners and otheres thats had there homes takeing. R homeowners that never get record of payments r late fees saying your payments r late when thay r on time and charged u for latefees

Trailer park trash is all I can say about this disgusting place The owner of the property and also lakeshore property management does not care one bit of cleaning up this park like they promised very disgusting around here hoping that I could sell my 2016 mobile home to get out of here

Have lived there 8 yrs. Rent keeps going up, seems all owners care about is fixing area around office, park has turned into little Mexico, 6,8,10 people per home, pay same water bill and rent as I do with 3 people, run down wish Id never moved in

I have family that live there and omg its so bad i came down to visit and stayed one night and i am helping them find a new place to move to ppl just party all the time there she is a older woman n she dont even fill safe to walk outside i was like that to once it got dark i did not go outside

The Lots has gotten expensive and towing companies are coming randomly to get your cars, trucks..etc .from the lot we pay montnly and to get your automobiles they charging the double in less than one hour..try to ask management here at Casa Verde they dont care...

One of the worst trailer parks I have ever been to. Run down. Community is uninviting. Poor landscaping. Would never rent a lot from there.

Horrible place I live here and there is nobody at the office all the time management doesnt help at all who ever is the owner of this place should pay more attention and should do SOMETHING!!!

They need to clean it up and add walk ways for the residents to get from there car to door
