Great place. Neighbors friendly. Sight Manager Valerie was kind and insightful.

It is a good housing community to live in with a fair and helpful front office. They provide the services up keep up with the look of the neighborhood, such as water, waste, and lawn. Price increases are always a small change from the original price and only happen every other year.

This is a very nice and very clean mobile home park. The layout is nicely done with one way streets throughout the park. There is laundry facilities, and the homes are spaced apart nicely. Most of the homes Ive seen in this park are very well up kept. I came to visit a friend, so I cant speak for the people who live here, but the couple of people I did encounter were very nice, and very polite.

Not a place you want to stay, Nosy Nosy, Rude and otherwise obnoxious people, until they get friendlier and stay out of other peoples business, unless someone is causing a real problem, just leave them alone, no one likes the feeling of being spied on, its creepy.. ya know?

I used to love this park . Now I just want to move out of here, the management are such hypocrites, idk who’s the manager here either the lady or her husband they both tell you what to do. And they say no mechanical work or any of that . But just the other day driving by, they got a car jacked up on a ramped changing the oil . But we can’t do it ? Not even people that be here longer than the new management that came in . And then office always closed . I always recommend people here but when they come is close no matter what time . Wish I can add a picture to this. So I can show y’all them working on there car . Smh. I liked it better when the owner was here, she used to handle things the professional way . Idk what happened .

Clean quiet Mobile Home Park and they have mobile homes for sale

Been living here for four and a half years told them couple years ago to cut down a oak tree that was on the side of my house 3 years ago by a big Branch over a ton lands on my roof and messes up my screen room and Im renting to own and they tell me that I have to pay for my own damages they were negligent in their park cutting down the tree and didnt want to call the state to have them do it because it would have costed them money not a great place to be athave to pay for my own roof to get fixed in the screen room because they were negligent in cutting down a tree so if you come to get a trailer at Siesta Village just to let you know with there faulty trees around the park that they will fall on ya house and you will have to pay for it and lot rent goes up every 6 months for what I dont know but it doesnt go to anything good for the park

Rent is too high and in addition you are required to reimburse them for their property tax. No activities. Maintenance is unresponsive and retalialiate with damage and physically assaulting residents then protected by management. This has to be the armpit of America.

Nice place. However, the entrance is narrow.

The woman who works with all the paper work in the office is a rude unprofessional and racist person my mom have a very horrible experience in where she was trying her best for my mother to dont be approved after that she knows my mom income and after she charge my mom the application. Honestly I dont recommended this place to live.
