I lived there for a lil over a year. The owner is a horrible slum lord. Charges too much! Their ads for all their parks are false. It was almost 2 grand to move in and rent was almost 1,300. You can get a house for that and with less problems or harrassment

I live here and its quiet clean friendly neighbors. Nice homey feel here and I absolutely love it!!! This is perfect for families with children. My kids made friends quick here. Come here everyone if you desire a nice safe place to live for a while!

Prettty calm and private area.Perfect for people that like quiet places.Friendly neighbors. I only have one complain and its that this lady is walking her big dogs and lets let POOP everywhere in front of the property and doesnt pick it up! Isnt that illegal?

Great ppl

We have been living here since the fall last year. They do nothing for the property. They charge you for their guys to cut the grass in the rent, but we are responsible for it. I have had termites for the past 3 months and no one has come to do anything about it. We have pictures of how they handed this place to us (floors so dirty it was black, dead and live roaches in the kitchen, a broken window and trash, like urine in bottles and broken wheelchairs in the back yard) and we have written a letter to them about all the issues of the home. Their is even mold on the ceiling and even when I brought that up to management they ignored us. Our neighbors home have been broken into many times, I have had things stolen in my home and both our neighbors say they are paying way over $1,100 for their home which is breaking down as well, their AC stopped working and called the office, which they did nothing. I am allowed to go in their home and take pics of how disgusting these people give this place up for! They are only interested in your money. We are leaving as well and letting everyone know how terrible this place is. Before we leave we plan to call the county to deem this place unlivable since everything is falling apart ESPECIALLY the floors I have suckin into the other bedroom because the floor under the laminate is rotten and there are termites eating everything. We had to throw out our first bedroom set because they destroyed the bed frame! The office said we had access to the pool and the park, and then we were told we are not allowed because we live in different part, although we pay rent to the same location. People working for them or people who know them are the only ones who get it easy, everyone else who speaks their mind and sees how greedy this place is, are leaving and cant wait to tell everyone how disappointing and disgusting this place is!Update: I will be moving out of this place soon. We got new neighbors and they were told people were moving out because they couldnt pay their rent, which was not true. We got broken into Christmas day and New years day. We had many valuables stolen and the property workers said their is nothing they will do about the continuous break ins and told us to call the police. We did MANY times especially when my husbands Truck was broken into. I pay almost $300 a week for this place and its a two bedroom with a bathroom that does not work. The owners are money hungry, they make you pay in money order (shady!) And then tell you your late on a Saturday when they told us we can pay that day, then they told our neighbors they can pay Sunday; we warned them about that lie and they got charged late fee for paying Sunday, because they wanted to listen to them. Beware you can find a full house for 1000 a month and NOT have to deal with them.We lost the Heat because the heater is old and needs replacing, it is February 1st and they just fixed it 3 days ago, we were without heat for two weeks (yes even during the freezing days of the week). I think this place is not for renters and one day they will be in jail for the crooks they are.By the way weve been renting for more tha. 20 years and NEVER had an experience like this one. They do nothing for their tenants, not even fix a window.

Few problems after we got in but a simple call to the office and they jumped to help us fix them. Ive only been living here a few days but so far its really quiet here and I am happy to call it home.

Live here for ten plus years. not a bad place if they stick to the rule of owner trailer insted of rental. but the renters come and go. true on the golfcart. get picked on for.small.things but others do wat they want.

We have a home here with a few minor problems but they are fixing them quickly as soon as they hear about them

This place full of nasty cats running all over drug lords on the corner no place for children to play but in roads crack heads on bikes in and out people move in without notice but wont help people that need a roof over there heads
