These people wouldnt tell me how much rent and lot rent was for their trailers. All they kept saying was lot rent included in the trailer rental and they needed my financials. Felt they had no set price and charged each person a different rate based on income. They also have an income requirement that they dont tell you the threshold and my 1100 a month wasnt enough. Felt it was shadey

The property manager strung me along telling me there was a place to move in immediately. At the last minute as I was getting ready to pay over $2000 as a deposit, she told me the place I was supposed to move into had been taken, and she couldnt tell me when something would be available, and she still expected me to put money down! Why would I put down a deposit if I didnt know when or where I would be moving? They also advertise a $750 deposit, way less than $2000 right? Thats how they get you through the door. I have no evictions, and no criminal record so there was no reason for me to pe paying over double what they advertised.

Do not bother. Took time out of work to fill out an application and to take my dogs for the evaluation. Left message.. no reply.

So Ive been living here for about 6 months and they were still problems with our unit that they cannot fix or theyre choosing not to fix them and thats more upsetting than anything else. And yes most of the people here are homeowners so theyre not as much effort into fixing things which isnt right because I pay my rent on time every time and I should get the quality that I should get simple things need to be fixed and no one can fix them thats questionable. So we have a year lease so after our year will be moving now

I cant wait to move here! --- Said no one ever. Only person who wouldnt mind living here is Oscar the Grouch. But then again, his garbage can is better then this setup.

I was trying to find a place for my sister so I went 3 different times in a week and each time office closed and nobody from management around. I called several times and left several voicemails each time I went, but to this day... a month later... never got a call back! Very poor service and management doesnt care nor tries to put any effort into customer service. I wont ever even bother with that place again nor recommend it!

I’ve been here for 4 months now. Friendly people could be kept up better but you get what you pay for . A little small but ok for someone that don’t mind living simple

If your lookinh for a cheap, easy and quick move this would be your spot. However what you get will have you regretting it. I rented here for a year and i couldnt have been happier to leave. It took them forever to fix things yet they waste no time charging rent and fees... I had to sleep in my living room for 2 months in the summer because the air conditioner in the living room was the only good one and the one in the room was leaking water and we couldnt use it... Mold developed and we got sick. Also the floors are caving in, the ceiling is falling and the pipe under the trailer for the toilet is broken so it smelled like sewer... Tried to tell them and they would just say well have maintenance look at it but did nothing... As soon as i saved up and was able to i moved to a better spot.

Requires deposts hiring than moving into a actual brick home. Personally didnt think it looked to kid friendly.

I didnt bother to rent here. The bad signs prevented it. To start the mobile homes are really small just look big on the outside. The security deposit for all homes start at $799!! Are you serious for a mobile home?!. When I was showed at least 4 places every place had fleas and I mean bad they literally attacked my leg while Kathy was in the building and she just looked a me like seriously your living in this filth. The prices of the mobile homes are outrageous. $980 for a small one bedroom. I have seen studios bigger than those mobile homes. Mexicans winking at you and walking through your yard. Their kids are even bold enough to sit on your stairs. Dogs running wild and pooping in your yard. Dog poop was literally on the front door step. Kathys clothes were leaning off of her nothing about her is professional. Its about $1500 just to move in for a week (includes first week rent, security deposit,app fee) thats no where near worth it.

Friendly neighborhood and great management. if in need of a home these mobile home communities are a great place to visit .

It is sad that I had to give one star to post this review. If you are reading this and have not moved into one of their mobile home parks caution- beware... they showed us a trailer it was fine was not what was advertised still fine gave them $500 to hold the trailer for us. They rented it to somebody else we were informed. So then they tried to put us 12 miles away in a fifth-wheel camper $1,000 a month. Or 17 miles away in Thonotosassa. We were led to believe that the property that we would be living on would be one of two either North Rome Avenue or Habana Avenue. After they rented the trailer that they showed us that we put money down for and they rented then they inform us that they can put us on any one of their 15 properties in Tampa. And in addition to that we were informed that the security deposit would increase by $200 because there was an eviction on my record. Never have been evicted from any location I then inquired where and when was I evicted. The website that I was showing where my eviction was my name with the middle initial that was not mine. It was not under my Social Security number. This place is a rip-off underneath a bridge would be better then living in one of the trailer parks owned by Glenn Pearson. Glenn Pearson, as a big house and a big fat bank account because he is stealing people to pad his fat bank account.

People are very nice here, the place dont look like we expect but its cheaper price that you can find in tampa,

They say low monthly rates but $280 a week for a 3 bedroom is not low. Thats almost $1200 a month. I could rent a house for that and actually have washer and dryer connections unlike the mobile homes they have.

Had an appointment scheduled for 10 am and no one was at the office or available to answer the phone waited for 30 minutes and still no one at the office or available to answer the phone.

Great place to rent a mobile home

Me and my fiance went to apply we have 100.00 for app fee and 699.00 for a deposit we was denied and given a paper to write a letter requesting the deposit back of 699.00. It has been a month since the denial, the received the letter on Nov 10 and was told it gets processed and sent out on Thursday. The lady in the office called the office and we was told it would be sent out on Thursday, Thursday has come and gone no deposit returned they are a rip off but Im coming to hassle them until I get my back. I have contacted the news station and next I will be contacting my lawyer.I so please do not get and rent from them.

I live there, well establish secured community.

Made an appointment to meet with property manager to view a rental. She wasnt even there. Waited 30 mins outside office that had office hours posted that they were open until 5pm. It was 2pm. After 30 mins, I called number to woman who I was supposed to meet, as well as number posted on door, no answer. I left messages on both numbers. After waiting another 20 mins or so, I actually took a ride around property. ..... maybe it was a good thing she never answered or even bothered to call back. Those are DEFINITELY NOT THE SAME HOMES listed on the website or in the listing I responded to. It wasnt even pictures of the same property.

Nice place

Sent my boyfriend to look at the homes, because we had scheduled an appointment one day and when we got there, there was a sign on the door saying she wouldnt be back for 2 hours. Couldnt call and let us know or anything. Then the app fee was 100$ alone. And then theres tons of extra fees. And there prices on craigslist are low but when you go in it goes up $200+ a month.
