Free parking for access to downtown Stillwater. Browns creek trail runs through the parking lot. For an enjoyable fall bike ride, we parked here, and then rode the Stillwater bridges loop trail. We then had lunch alongside the St Croix river, followed by a ride up the Browns Creek trail to Duluth junction and back.

Great place to access Browns Creek State trail. Get there early it fills up fast.

You will get fined if you do not have a praking pass. If you are fined you can buy a parking pass at the Willow River State Park Ranger Shack and show them the citation and they will cancel the fine. It is scenic, and shaded parking, your car will stay more cool on hot sunny days if you park it here as apposed to the main State Park parking lots.
