Excellent variety of fruits, veggies, and even a few flowers to pick. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Goats are also friendly, if slightly less helpful.

Free!!!!This is a great garden for the community..Lots of vegetables..Nice flower garden..They also have chickens!! My granddaughter thought that was great!! Every year they add more..It looks like next year there may be fruit trees

What a wonderful, peaceful place to visit even if you dont pick any of the many fresh veggies there. The people that is running this garden are wonderful. Adams was great at explaining in details about each vegetable I ask of him. Thank You all there God Bless.

Visited Unity Gardens during the summer for a festival. This was my first time it was very nice. The garden is ran by volunteers they grow all kinds of vegetables which can be picked by the public free of charge for their on use. Would highly recommend a visit to Unity Gardens.

Great place a bit of nature in the city

My 1st visit there. A beautiful place complete with things for the kids to play with, chickens and a little free library. This is a huge garden full of all kinds of interesting vegetables and flowers Next year I will make it a point to visit earlier in the year to see it in full bloom!

There are several neighborhood gardens that are independently operated by various local organizations. These folks farm food organically and sell some it at the local farmers markets. They primarily grow this food to make it available to their neighbors in need. At the gardens you can pick your own food for free, yes free fresh, organically grown food.

I love this place. The atmosphere is amazing. I loved the director, she is a very bubbly person. I am wanting to go back there soon.

Beautiful fresh produce as well as flowers abound and plentiful opportunities to become educated about sustainable living. You can take whatever you need from the gardens for free. Its run by the most kindhearted, hardworking people Ive ever met

Come and pick at any unity garden for free. Visit and support the garden at South Bend Farmers Market. Summer day camps are available. I have been a volunteer for over one and a half years here. The folks here are great and the pickins are awesome.
