Nice light show. Good for picnic or walk.

The lights are fabulous! The park itself was under construction when we were there in Oct 2019. It will be great when the renovations are complete.

Great place to go and take in downtown South Bend. Plenty of seats to sit and enjoy the river or you can stroll along the East Race.

Some places are nice I left because I didnt think there was a bathroom but there is a port-a-potty by the river and emporium. Now that I know that I can go down there and enjoy the scenery longer.

Nice walk in middle of town along man made rapids.

Great location to watch the sun set over South Bend. Typically there are tons of bugs though, so thats why it is down a star. Also, later at night is not a great time to go because of sketchy individuals.

It is very nice but I went at night & it was raining so there was homeless people sleeping under the provilion.. Sad

Downtown for BEST WEEK EVER!!! The family had a awesome time!! The music was excellent!!! Fireworks were amazing!!!! Lets do it again next year!!

Its a great open park with lots of entertainment through the summer ! I enjoyed the summer concert series many times over the last 25 years !

The Park is on the water which was perfect for listening to music and relax

Beautiful place to read and get inspired. Had our wedding ceremony under the gazebo on a beautiful day and the park is always clean! go after sunset to check out the interactive river lights!

The park has a great view of the river. Its tucked away enough to be quiet when there arent events going on. All the events Ive attended have been great. Its nice to just grab a chair and check out a free concert.

Favorite place for a lunchtime picnic or Saturday afternoon people watching. Rafting on weekends. Free concerts all summer. My favorite South Bend park.

I have never been to the concerts out here, but its one of the calmest places near the river and city in my opinion. The river lights are all visible from here too which is just so captivating.

This is a nice park. It is at the East Raceway where you can raft or kayak on manmade rapids. It also has a nice view of the dam.

I love dams, and this was definitely a fun spot to walk near, with plenty of paths on each side of the river.
