A real gem when it comes to things to do in South Bend. I haven’t found a whole that’s impressed me about this city but this for sure blew me away. It’s pretty neat night life area. There’s a park with a couple of benches but why sit? Standing against the railing is was relaxing.

A great place for a leisurely stroll, taking a brisk jog, & even biking. A must see at night when the lights come on!

Cool colored lights, a nice way to explore downtown! Connects to Howard Park, Seitz Park, and East Race, so a decent amount of trails and walking paths to run or walk!

Such a beautiful and captivating expirence. To get this kind of view in a city is amazing. There are many places to sit, its off where people can canoe, and a convenient bathroom area. Its very bright comfortable, and relaxing.

I love River Lights Plaza on warm sunmer evenings. My husband and I often go there for walks. It is beautiful and fun to watch the changing colors on the water.

I was a little disappointed this year. I noticed not as many people and also where were the benches? You couldnt bring chairs? Some elderly cannot sit on the ground!! The fireworks were the highlite of the entire day!! Hope its better next year. If I even go.
