I want to give it 1 star, because I absolutely despise gambling.However, that wouldnt be fair to the company. Its a beautiful place, with a hotel, a wonderful staff, and its clean.They have hundreds of slot machines to choose from, a high stakes room, a smokers room, theres multiple places to grab a bite to eat from, i.e. Copper Rock:a high end steak house, a fast food area, and a cafeteria style place.The ambiance is great and even when theyre busy theyre never out of machines. If gambling is your thing then...

Besides the 3 to 4 hour wait time for poker and then not having any blackjack that was a little disappointing... Also your floor security needs work I dont think you indentify the customers as well as should be especially now with covid-19 I could have been 10 with a mask on and it wouldnt had made a difference my drivers licence wasnt requested when I walked in.. the woman asked my age I gave her a never and she was happy... Other then that the staffs bedside manor is excellent your restaurants are amazing considering my boyfriend won close to $800 last visit Id say your slots arent all that bad either....But on a real note is strongly suggest updating your floor and cyber security soon...

If I would have placed this review on my 2019 visits it would have been a 1-2 star review due to my disappointment in their food and the lack of other various types of gambling besides slots.The reason it is a 4 star is because not only did Copper Rock step up to the plate, no pun intended, for their food quality, but Four Winds South Bend felt like it had a shift in their atmosphere. Im not sure if it is people happy that they are not quarantined during the pandemic but it just felt alive and positive.

Cheerful & helpful Staff with a lot of elbow room. All my wins have been minor. The house must payout Major Wins to me in order to get those two extra stars.

They are taking out favorable machines and they are pretty tight on the machines, not allowing people to win as much as they should

I would suggest you start paying out a little better or you going to lose your loyal customers. Before the shut down I had no complaints. I actually received coupons for gifts. I dont get those anymore but still spend the money. Im about done unless something changes soon

My boyfriend took me to Kankakee grill for my bday. We both got the ribeye. It had veggies and mashed potatoes. We had a side salad and it came with a dessert. The price was 24 each person. We will be back.

You go by the recommended guide lines due to the Covid 19. We really appreciated the NO SMOKING in the casino, we didnt go home smelling like smoke. KUDOS to you. We wish you would make it permanent!

Great place to go if you want no money. I did a test I got out 120$ and spinned for 50cent 240 times. As you know 120$ is nothing when gambling but I had literally 1 win for 2.50 and only down from there I heard rumors about this happening to alot of people so I wanted to test it out. So be wary when gambling at this casino, 90% chance you will just go from 100 to nothing

Currently open with restrictions. The best one is no smoking inside the casino right now. Wish they could keep it that way in the future. The buffet is closed but the other dining options are open. They check your temperature as you walk in and provide a face mask if you didnt bring one. Staff is very friendly and accommodating

I have gotten 1 gift in the last 2 years or so. I quit getting my wmail monthly and it all happened when i changed to the veterans card i have emailed several times and get the same thing i dont reach a high enough whatever your supposed to get. I used to go weekly and still didnt get more 5 dollar free play and needs to payout more than it does.

Overall its a very nice facility with friendly staff and looks to be kept nice and clean.I wish they have more table games just a small poker room, but I am sure they are not licensed yet for those games. The smoke is awful and the place needs some better ventilation IMO. I will say since they have hundreds upon hundreds of slots maybe they need some signs or small map to show where some games are, because you could walk the whole place if your not a regular before you find some slots that you would like to play. If in the area will try again and will get some food next time.

Stop here on my way back from a road trip to Ohio. The casino itself was okay although you could not get a players card made in the middle of the night hours. You get off so not find kiosk with any ease that would cash out your ticket. And as far as the covid-19 Fiasco goes the cleaning of machines after people use them I think was pretty non-existent Im not worried about it myself but I know a lot of people are scared to death of these things.

Dont always walk out a winner but compared to other casinos Ive been to, Four Weeks Casino in South Bend Indiana pays out more and more often then any of the others ive been to. I will add i have only visited those located throughout the central part of the U.S. this is only my personal observation and feelings with no real hard facts that would support that one casino might be paying out better then the other.

Slots seem to be paying out alot more now than before the coronavirus hit.

My wife and I drove an hour out of way on our way home to go to the casino only to be asked to leave shortly after we got there. It was around 8pm. We had our two dogs with us and we left them in the car. We had only planned to play for an hour or so. The security guard said that they were a covid-19 risk and asked us to leave! We will never return to your casino.

All the workers were friendly and everyone wear masks lot of workers sanitized the machines often . hand sanitizer was readily available for everyones use. The casino was not overly crowded. They also have a large selection of slots and a lot of new ones. Oh yeah I forgot to tell you that there is a lot of space to walk around with my walker .

The casino was nicely decorated, smelled very nice, had lots of slot machines to play; probably should be visited by the gambling commission for the horrible pay outs. Cant tell you how many machines I played that never paid more than my bet. Tight, tight, tight.

The only problem I see right now is that I didnt see but only 1 person cleaning off the gambling machines after being used. Oh and the other thing is there should be hand sanitizing statiins near the machins not just in the main hallway.

A second rate casino overall, and abysmal service and hospitality. If it weren’t for the gelato, I’d recommend blowing this place off and try finding a decent place.

Since Ive became a copper member 3 weeks ago I havent had no a small dose of luck. Its ridiculous how badly my luck has been going. Ive spent thousands of dollars over the last couple of months and havent had any luck getting even a fourth of it back.

This location has the tightest machines Ive ever played! Save your cash unless you like to just give it away.

And to top it all off there was some kind of bingo card attached to the machines that you have to play also. I dont like bingo and didnt go there to play bingo

My experience was a little better. The mask situation was bothersome to say the least.

The buffet was terrible. Grossly overpriced for the quality of food. Almost everything seemed over cooked and dry besides the egg rolls that were probably cooked from frozen. The salad bar was great though. Lisa and Matt were very friendly and seemed like they really like being in the service industry. Kudos to them. However for the price and the quality I wish to never return there. It was my first visit to the building ever. I dont gamble so that was it for me anyway.

Didnt do any gambling. Went for the buffet. Have to say, high quality buffet. If you leave hungry, its your fault. In addition chocolate milk is unlimited refills, thats pretty fantastic. I will definitely come back to this magnificent buffet. Well worth the price.
