Excellent place to rent a cabin! Tried others, but you never know what your neighbors will be. This is a gated resort so you know everyone there is on vacation.. Weve stayed at 6 different Cabins and all have been beautiful and extremely clean!

This cabin is amazing. Everything about it was beautiful and comfortable. Game room had lots to do, everyone enjoyed the hot tub.View was great. Kitchen had everything needed. The whole cabin was over the top. No one wanted to leave. Will definitely be a return trip here. We stayed in Cabin 96.

This was our first time visiting. Such a wonderful and relaxing experience! Absolutely beautiful during Fall and decorated very nicely. Our cabin was nice and very clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We also got to visit the spa and that was a great experience as well. We would definitely stay again.

The staff was super friendly, and the cabin was so nice that my husband and I stayed in for our anniversary. We will be back next year no doubt. Id recommend this to anyone looking for a cabin rental.

Beautiful place. Costs way too much, for the amount of money they change everything in the houses should work. Some of the jets in the tub didnt work. Also several jets in the hot tub didnt work.

Just checked in to cabin 47. This is our 4th time staying here and we love it. Check in is super easy. Cabin has everything you need. Hot tub, full kitchen, games, books for young kids. Unique games around the cabin. Tic tac toe, checkers, and foos ball. Jetted tube in master bath and washer dryer off the kitchen. Such awesome detail throughout the cabin seems to be clock theme. Do a daily trash pickup and long-term exchange. Easy check out.

Another heavenly massage at this gorgeous and serene spa. The cabins, gardens and grounds are beautiful all year round. Chuck (the owner) and Sarah (manager) are so friendly and they have a fantastic staff. The girls at the Spa are so fun. Just the friendliest folks and a completely comfortable environment. Im already planning my next visit :-)

Oak Haven provided such an amazing experience for my mom, grandparents and I. They went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay and were comfortable. We had some trouble with a smell (probably a dead mouse) in our first cabin which was a 3 bedroom. They so kindly upgraded us to a 6 bedroom very large cabin without any charge. And I must say, it had the most beautiful view and was well equipped with everything we could’ve possibly needed. It was rare that we were bored as we had games like pool to keep us occupied. It’s not very far from all of the attractions. My family and I loved our stay in the oak haven cabins and will definitely return!

Amazing cabins that feel like actual homes instead of rentals. The staff all go above and beyond. Great amenities, the pool is huge and we had it all to ourselves. Location that is far enough away to feel secluded to close enough to everything to not be inconvenient. Only place Id say when Im in the area.

1st time ever staying in a cabin, it was clean, fully stocked, beautiful, extremely comfortable, lots of room we loved our 5 days at oak haven I never want to stay in a hotel again ... also check in and check out was easy and staff was very friendly it was a perfect place to stay. These were just too cute to not post a few tonight. Taken this evening at Oak Haven Resort just before dark at 5:30 pm.. These little 8 month twin girls were precious, makes me miss mine being this little, they are 29 now. This wonderful resort elaborately decorates their entrance and office for Halloween and the Holidays so the public and guests can stop by anytime and take photos. All they ask is that you tag and share, so thats what I am doing, But I do that anyway. In an area where pretty much every place asks for money to take your pictures, these folks show us the true meaning of Southern Hospitality and kindness. I cant even describe how amazing this place is, the cabins are not only huge and super cute but they are well kept, stocked with towels and blankets, etc . Its right over the mountains so you have amazing views and are surrounded by nature but also town so they is soooo much in the area to explore and adventure !

We love Oak Haven. We just stayed in cabin 95 and it is our favorite so far.

We came here for my sons wedding and anniversary. We also had our honeymoon here 7 years ago and love coming back each year for our anniversary. The cabins are worth every penny, and the quiet serine away from the tourist. I am still giving this 5 stars however this years cabin was outdated broken doors hot tub did not work and filter broke. Kitchen ware was old missing essential utensils to even cook. A coffee cup bottom fell right when pouring coffee into the cups. The bedroom whirlpool leaked into the bedroom below us so we decided not to risk using and be blamed for damages. The cabin was poorly decorated as if thrown together by the owner, not like our last few experiences.We will be coming back again but will make sure the cabin is updated and serviced not like this last one. We still had a great time and the staff is 100 percent professional and caring. Highly recomend staying here.

This Resort has some very unique cabins, I actually did the custom interior trim and woodwork in a couple of them, which inspired another contractor to do the same, very nice place to stay

We have stayed in different cabins since 2005! Kinda like going home....Beautiful cabins....friendly staff....I highly recommend giving it a try!! This is the 1 bedroom cabin my hubby and I just went to!! Will love Black Bear decor.....this one was so perfect!! I just wanted to stay! Lol

The cabin we stayed in was gorgeous! And was cleaned well before our stay. Theres also many attractions near the cabin.

Love Oak Haven Cabins. Our family has stayed there many times. The cabins are beautiful, well maintained, well furnished and well supplied. We have stayed in many of the cabins and have been well pleased with all of them. They are a bit far away from major attractions but I like they are not crowded and are quite and away from the crowds.

This place came to our rescue last year when we booked with another company and got to the house and it had not been cleaned and the company was not sending anyone to clean it! Oak Haven was referred to me and they swooped in and took care of our big bunch of 18! Kudos Oak Haven!

I let the wife pick this place out. Fantastic choice! Friendly staff, beautiful clean cabin (#30). Our little family of four was extremely comfortable throughout our stay. Resort pool was perfect and the cabin was loaded with old school video arcade games, billiards, Foosball and a hot tub. It felt like our own home. Perfect!

We had our Wedding at Oak Haven- Amazing service, spectacular cabins, gorgeous views, couldnt ask for more. Staff was super helpful and answered my Nervous Bride million questions with smiles and helpfulness! The pavilion where we had the wedding was perfect! We have been going to Oak Haven for fifteen years. The cabins have always been better than a hotel or motel. Full service cabin. This was our family weekend. We all had a great time. We all got a chance to do shopping. Kitchen was clean and useable. (Cook friendly.). We will go back soon.

My boyfriend and I stayed here Wednesday-Friday night. It’s a great location and beautiful property. My bf had been there before and it was my first time. We stayed in Cabin #99. One bedroom and a game room. When we get there we get settled in and I decide to wash dishes because you never know if the last people did. I open the dishwasher... it’s filthy with lots of food residue and soap powder. Keep in mind someone stayed in it the night before and it had been cleaned right before we checked in. So I tried to turn it on... it’s broken. So I wash our dishes by hand during our trip. Not a big deal just would expect more for the money. It wasn’t very clean... dust everywhere. Hot tub on the deck with an amazing view was wonderful except for the stink bug and wasps that were in the screened in porch. One of the screens was torn almost all of the way across. The bed was horrible. My bf slept in the recliner for 2 nights. It needs a new mattress. Lastly, some technological updates would be nice. Maybe a DVD player or Netflix would be great. We ended up coming home early. We were quite disappointed.

The staff my wife and I interacted with were very kind and considerate. Our cabin was spotless, well maintained and up to date. I treated my wife to a day at the spa and she loved it, while she was there I stayed at the cabin and enjoyed the sounds of nature and the occasional kid playing in the pool. This was our 5th time staying at Oak Haven and we have never been disappointed. My only complaint is that we are not able to visit Tennessee more often.Literally zero complaints from us.On a side note, we have stayed in a 1 bedroom cabin a two bedroom and we have stayed in their largest cabin, the 7 or 8 bedroom (been 8 years forget how many rooms) all of them were top notch.

The cabins are beautiful and spacious with great modern amenities. You can stay at the resort the entire time and really enjoy yourself. If you like to fish, they have a lake and picnic area.. There is also a pool, basketball court, playground, and spa!

This resort was stunning! The views are breath taking and the cabins are gorgeous!!! The cabins had master bedrooms with beautiful large bathrooms attached. Wrap around balconies with a ping pong table, pool table, board games, an outdoor hot tub and more. There is also cable and wifi and a full kitchen with pots and pans. They also had other resort services and fire pits and great local activities. Its worth going. The only negative thing I would say is the hills are extremely steep and would seem hard to maneuver in bad weather, Im not sure how the resort handles that but overall amazing experience.

The coziest cabins with all the necessary amenities. Had a wonderful stay here in cabin #27 and would highly recommend. The hottub on the porch and the community pool were both very relaxing.

This was my 3rd time coming to Oak Haven all have been on family reunion trips. We had a great time, plenty of space, kitchen was great. The game room down on lower level was awesome. Overall had a great experience will be back soon.

The location of the cabin was very convenient to local attractions and the rate was reasonable. Service was good and the staff was helpful with all questions. The cabin was well-maintained and the bed was comfortable. The only negative was that the Jacuzzi tub used all the hot water so a shower immediately after was very cold. Overall, the cabin was cozy and comfortable for the price. I would stay here again.

Truly amazing. Learned of Oak Haven gated cabin area from a friend, and decided to pay just a little more per night to try it. To my recollection, weve not gone to any other cabin area since then. Beautiful, well groomed, clean, minimal bugs & creatures, quiet, and friendly folks. Various sizes cabins, most with good to excellent views. Highly recommended.

It was the greatest place I ever stayed.

Everything and everyone here has been exceptional the only reason I gave it 4 stars was the ability to look in my neighbors cabin from our cabin and the opposite is true. When getting in the hot tub it can be witnessed by anyone thats driving by at the time. The cabin was clean everything worked as it was designed. Hot tub was clean and worked well. As for coming back we possibility will but after actually being here i would chose a different cabin for the only reason of the proximity of other cabins. Now if how close your neighbors are doesnt bother you this cabin is great. Its laid out well with a great view of the area. TV was awesome the fireplace was pretty neat. It was on a timer so you dont have to worry about turning it off. Whirlpool tub inside is roomy.

This is by far the best cabin Ive ever stayed in! I would highly recommend Oak Haven. I booked a trip for me and 12 of my friends last month.The feel of this resort when you pull up is a great one. The asethics are so adorable. Each cabin has its own character and decor as you drive through. I was simply amazed by the look. The inside was beautiful and completely stocked with anything you could think of needing. Im so happy that I chose this place and ALL of my friends loved it. We will definitely be returning!

Our cabin was nice and homey and fit a family of 11 comfortably. We were right next to the pool and play ground which was a plus since we had multiple kids with us! We come here every year to spend time with the other half of our family and always love it! Also, the customer service at the front desk is really nice and accommodating

This was a very nice place with some very friendly people. The spa was booked up, so I cannot tell you how it was, but the cabin was nice and clean, and had lots of parking. The location was perfect and away from a lot of the traffic. I will definitely be back.

Cabin was beautiful, and the view was to die for

2nd time here, different cabin. We enjoy the privacy, views, and the cabins are spectacular, always. I love being in a private and secluded area and everything is still a short distance to get too. We will continue to make Oak Haven a tradition in the years to come.

Ive stayed at Oak Haven for years. The cabins are each privately owned but Oak Haven does a great job managing them. Its also gated and secure which is very important to me. Its a quiet family atmosphere.

Visited for fives days over the July fourth weekend with over 100 family memebers. This place is awesome. You must bring your family when visiting. There is so much to do on the grounds and in the local area. Be prepared to have a great time.

We had our wedding at Oak Haven, and they were fantastic!!! They were SO accommodating, and helped us with everything we needed. The front desk personnel were so nice, and the spa was great, too!! Our cabins (93 & 97) were GORGEOUS and clean, and the pavilion worked out great for us. All around, it is an AMAZING place to spend a vacation or hold an event. We will definitely be going back. Was here for a photo shoot and i can not rave enough about the landscaping and areas for guests it is truely beautiful here. The roads are a little scary but we all joked and made the rollercoaster sound when going up then laughed when going down. Will definitely be back and be able to take some more photos here. I came here for a work off-site with 7 other colleagues and we loved staying here! Super convenient location, friendly staff, and the cabins were outstanding. We enjoyed it so much many of us are already booking time here with our families for upcoming vacations! The only negative, no shampoo provided in the bathrooms was a bit odd, but easily remedied. Highly recommended!!

Comfortable and quiet cabin in the smokies. Had a great time on my aniversary trip. Cost is somewhat reasonable if you want a home like atmosphere.

Its a very nice place to stay while you are in the Great Smokey Mountains.We have stayed here multiple times and we will be back.The price is reasonable and the best pay there are no hidden fees, like cleaning and etc.The cabins are clean.

This weekend we stayed in Cabin #10. This was our second time staying in this particular one. The redesign on the game room and creating another fun loft space was great. The staff was so great at check in. We needed to store a cake quickly due to warm temperatures and they were right there to help out. Thank you again. We will be back soon.

Been to alot of different cabin rental agencies when visiting Pigeon Forge and this resort is the best period. Great staff, great community, gated and peaceful, well laid out and maintained and plenty to do. Just a few minutes drive to everything while still having the country feel to it. The only place I will be going to for my vacations from now on.
