We stayed in Cabin 5087. It was beautiful, clean, & quiet. The view was fantastic & the hot tub was wonderful. The only reason we gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the bed is on wheels!!Therefore, the bed is meant for sleeping and nothing else!! Would have been nice if someone would have told us that upfront or at least locked it in place. Also, it was already decorated for Christmas. Which would be great for those that celebrate. But we do not celebrate holidays so we were hoping they didn’t decorate till December. We do understand most of the world celebrates holidays & loves to decorate. However, Instead of celebrating “man made” holidays we celebrate Jesus everyday & the fact he is ALIVE inside of all of US who BELIEVE.
The area was beautiful however UNIT 4108 had a squirrel/ rodent issue in the downstairs drop tile ceiling which created a very nasty stench in the bedroom downstairs. We used various air fresheners to get through our 3 day stay. No I didn’t call the office because they were booked up so I knew no other 3 bedrooms were available and didn’t intend to have them clean out the ceiling tiles while we were occupying the unit. I felt this should have been addressed prior to our arrival. So if anyone rents this unit make a quick trip downstairs to see if it has been resolved before unpacking 3 vehicles of belongings like we did for our multi-family stay.
Most cabins are individually owned and rented out when not in private use, so they will vary in the decide, though most are managed by Hidden Mountain ( this is in the East deeds if Im not mistaken). They do understand customer service and there is management in site 24/7.
Nice, clean cabins. Great place to get-away your a few days
We stayed at one of the West cabins this past weekend and it was AWESOME!! Beautiful views, beautiful cabin - makes me want to move to the Smoky Mountains! We will definitely be back.
Had a excellent time stayed in the Tree Hugger cabin was extremely relaxing, hot tub, jacuzzi ahhhh wonderful.. Only thing I didnt like was the well water I added more to hot tub and the water had a awful smell to it.. sure it just needed chemicals to make it better. I highly recommend this place Steve Miller and Associates are fantastic and supper helpful.
Our cabin had roaches, 4053. We left early and had a conversation with the property manager. So empathy. No apology. No nothing. No refund. Just like a narcissist.I wiped down all the faucet handles, door knobs, and switch plates. They were filth. I called the front desk to say our cabin is not Covid clean. She said, What is Covid clean? Need I say more. So sad. Weve been going there for 21 years. The last three years it has been going down hill. Just dirty cabins and the staff just doesnt care about people. There is no working anything out. The manager is like a robot with a script.
Our group stayed in 4169 Camp Smoky Lodge. The resort itself has a great location and is overall very nice except for the checkin lady does not follow covid protocols. This cabin however was gross. Dust piled up under the beds. Dead bugs in the house and even under the bed linens- roaches, stink bugs, ladybugs. Papers, tissues, coins left from prior guests under the beds. The living room furniture smelled horrible and was extremely worn. Master bed mattress sloped drastically to one side. Lots of things need to be improved at this cabin for this price point. I would not recommend this cabin to anyone.
Cabin 4084 HMR East. Roaches. Black mold. Little to no parking. If I could give this place negative stars I would. Its not a resort. They just label it that way to make you think its much nicer. Its more of a housing community made up EXTREMELY OUTDATED log cabinsThe wall paper is falling off the walls. Carpet has mystery stains.
DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!Currently in cabin 5226. We checked in, came and dropped off our bags, then headed out for dinner. Came back, everyone gathered in the living room before bed for a little while, then everyone headed to their rooms. Upon entering one room, we found the TV didnt work. I called the office, the lady acted like she didnt care. The more I thought about the fact of paying $200 a night for amenities to not work, the more mad I got! So I then called back and requested a manager, Joel got on the phone. Joel then proceeded to tell me its my fault the TV isnt working because I didnt check that it was working when we got into the cabin. Um excuse me? Shouldnt that have been checked before anyone was allowed to stay here?! Nah, apparently you have to do your own stuff before you can enjoy your vacation. He then proceeds to tell me if I had an issue I should have called before 10pm. Ok so again, Im on vacation! That stuff that should have been checked before I got here was apparently my responsibility! So I then told him I wanted a refund or a new cabin, again not happening because this is all my fault! So thats ok! Ill make sure to leave a horrible review anywhere I can and will also contact the owner of this cabin to let them know how horrible the people are thats running their cabin for them! Luckily they left their information in a binder in the living room! This is horrible service and I cannot believe you would say such crummy things to people who are paying their hard earned money to stay with you!!!! But you dont care, because youre still getting paid! You all have officially lost my business due to your rudeness and lack of responsibility! I will make sure to tell anyone I talk to, to not stay here. All I asked was for this situation to be made right, and all I was told was that it was my fault! Joel and the office staff that was working this evening, you are very rude!
Beautiful resort. Great amenities. Isolated, tranquil, quiet and very romantic. Suggestions, go to grocery store first before you settle in at the resort. Long drive to and from, which wastes a lot of time when you could be enjoying each other and the cabin. We stayed at the Caddy Shack. Thank you. Will return.
The Very Best Resort in the Smokies! Try Love Me Tender Cabin. Has an Elvis theme and Very nicely decorated!
Thanks to Hidden Mountain resort my mountain stay was no what I was expecting the only reason this review is getting one star is because of the location that is it.Cabin #4083 has excessive amounts of leaks, holes in walls, mold on the ceiling in the downstairs closet because of the leak. The rooms even had spider webs all in the ceilings and different types of small bugs. If you are thinking about taking a group of people to this cabin you better think again because it is extremely small. The cabin was just awful is you want a quality cabin check out Oak Haven it is nothing like hidden mountain resort Cabin #4083!
Hidden Mountain has been great. It takes a little bit to find your way around . It is a beautiful place. They have cabins that will house a small group or large, houses and a RV park. There are ponds to fish in (catch and release). Three swimming pools, hot tub to enjoy.
This place is awesome. We rent a cabin here every year for our anniversary. Perfection!!
I rented a cabin from these guys for 4 nights with my wife and kids. The cabin was nice and well worth the money. Everything met my expectations. We will be back!
Great place! My family and I spent 3 nights in one of the Villas. Very quiet, clean and at a decent price. Definitely going back.
We had a nice time in our cabin! Its a bit of a windy journey to get to your cabin, but also makes you feel more isolated from the main street chaos so thats nice. We hung out by the pool for a few hours and its a cute relaxing area. A few things to note: we had little to no phone service and there is no wifi. They did not provide any shampoo or conditioner. The tap water isnt great so we bought water bottles. But we got the cabin experience we wanted!
Oh my gosh best experience ever if you are not afraid of heights to get there from the highway. I will be going back but next time I will not be the driver. These cabins come fully loaded. It is a home away from home. NO LIE!!! Frfr!!! Please go, every dollar you spend for the stay in the cabin and on the strip is so worth it. True facts!!!
We absolutely loved Hidden Mountain Resort! We love that we could stay for one night and the minimum was not 2 nights.. the place is so inviting and cozy and christian-based. Theres a 24 hour prayer hotline love that. The cabins are kind of close but you have lots of privacy. Everything you need for cooking cleaning even washers and dryers in your cabin. The gazebo on the hill is beautiful we took lots and lots of pictures. It all just made me feel like I was staying with my late grandparents and their house cozy and protected. We loved Hidden Mountain Resort! And if youre staying in Pigeon Forge its the best place because its so conveniently close to the city but you still feel like youre deep in the mountains.
My stay at cabin 5082 spoonful of sugar was fun and great celebrating my second anniversary! Unfortunately though there were roaches in our cabin and the water smelled really weird like sewage water!! For the money that we spent i totally expected better...Also my stepson came last day and slept on the pull out and woke up with bug bites?? The safe seemed okay when we went to the office they gave us a map but none of the road names where very visible we were lost when i called the office they seemed like I was bothering them? Customer service what happened to that ....when I called to tell them about the bugs they just said they would note it thats it no sorry or anything...
Cabin #5066 from June 11- June 14I made my reservation after asking one and only question “does the cabin have a hot tub” and was told yes. The hot tub worked properly for one night and the next morning it was somehow set to 80 degrees. Maintenance was called out and couldn’t fix it, so a third party was called. I reported the broken hot tub Friday morning and was told on Saturday that the third party should be out to fix it. Well they never came. We only stayed from Thursday to Sunday and only got to use the hot tub Thursday night. If you have the money to stay elsewhere, I would stay elsewhere. HMR is on the cheaper side, but you definitely get what you pay for! When I complained I was told they were at the mercy of the third company, didn’t have any comparable cabins to move us to, and don’t offer discounts or anything once it’s out of their hands. I was told the hot tub is an amenity that can go out at any time and is not guaranteed. Very poor customer service in my opinion. I am never a person to complain, but I felt very ripped off for the amount of money I spent.Other than the hot tub issue, the cabin isn’t anything anything spectacular. It’s small and cute and comes with everything you need. (Except for those “not guaranteed” amenities, of course) Far enough away from town that you have excellent privacy, close enough to town that you can travel quickly to shops/activities. Again, if you have the extra money, spend it elsewhere where you will be appreciated and respected as a customer.Edited 7/23/20I meant to edit this sooner. A few days after I posted the initial review, a manager reached out and apologized for the whole situation. He was actually polite and listened unlike the treatment we received when first making a complaint. We were given one free night for a future stay. I do plan to give this company one more chance.
Lovely cabins..stayed in the west hidden mountain cabin..mountain music..lived the hottub
We stayed in unit 4106. We absolutely loved our cabin! The place was clean, and well maintained. We will definitely rdturn!
Wonderful place. The people here are wonderful.
This has been our worst stay at Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. Maintenance has been called numerous times and the problems still hasn’t been fixed. We had a leaking toilet in the down stairs and it wasn’t never fixed the entire time. The down stairs was horrible it had a musky smell and it was hot down there. The paint was coming off the walls and the ceiling tiles had stains everywhere on them. The bed was also broken. Spiders where everywhere. Cabin 4083 needs numerous updates. The WiFi never worked and there was no signal so our cell phones where basically useless. This cabin is very small for a seven bedroom the living room on the main level wasn’t even big enough for all of our guests to sit down in. I will never stay at this resort again and I will not recommend it to anyone.
Been staying with them for years never had an issue the properties are always clean and everything works great place to stay
We arrived for our stay on Monday. We know check in is at 4pm. We had spent the day at Dollywood and were just extremely tired. So we called to see about checking in early. This was around 2pm. We were told they were doing general maintenance on the cabin and had until 4pm to complete it. So with a 4month old and 20th month old we rode around for them to take a nap. At 346pm we went to the office to see about checking in, and were told the cabin would be ready in 14 minutes. I returned to my car and sat in the office parking lot that began to fill up with people wanting to check in. At 359 I went back into the office and the lady working had already printed out everything for me to sign and had the keys ready. I have NEVER in the past times staying here experienced such rudeness and lack of compassion from the staff. Also if they were doing general maintenance, the cabin could have at least been cleaned. The floors were dusty, the beds upstairs were made, but they they had been laid on, the dust up the stairs was so thick, the dust on the coffee maker wasnt wiped off, I could keep going but I wont. This was our 4th time staying with these cabins and probably our last. The staff is what did it for me this time.
The Townhome 3340 smelled very musty, damp and like it had a family of rats living under it. The whole downstairs stunk. The furniture is old and stained. Almost every dresser drawer had broken handles. The showers and shower doors were moldy and had mildew. The bathroom floor had not been mopped. Very disappointed, considering the price we paid. We have stayed at Hidden Mount ain East for many years. But will not be back.
Had a rough experience the first night due to bugs in our cabin. I dont want to mention the cabin number, but we drove back home at 2am in the morning due to the bug issue. When I contacted the desk I was told a cabin change could not be accommodated and no further compensation was offered. We returned the next day for our retreat...following a 1.5 hour drive home and a 1.5 hour drive back...they were able to place us in a different cabin for the second night.
Exceptionally beautiful and peaceful. Cant wait to visit again
Front office staff rude, Elijah and mark night staff very nice and very helpful. Did not like the road to get to the cabin. Wont be back left a day early
This place is spectacular! Theres a cabin for every family of every size.
My son had a great time
Checked in yesterday and inspected our cabin, 4093. It wasnt clean so we used our own cleaning products and washed the sheets. After a long drive and cleaning the place, I just was trying to sleep and saw a cockroach run across the floor. I jumped up and my family and I vacated at 11:30 pm with my 7 month old, and as we were leaving we saw another roach. We stayed at a hotel and met with management the next day. Some Christian organization. They only want your money. Would absolutely not refund, said we either stay there or not, they had our money. We also bought a ton of groceries we couldnt use. This is a health hazard and they didnt care. Also the hot tub leaked through the floor, unsafe, wasnt even hot and we found weed in the bed, although they cleaned.......we will never be back and will take this as far as we need to get justice. Who wants to stay in an unclean, roach infested cabin?? I dont care how good the views are. This is negative zero stars for me.
Everything was great except the hot tub was cold the first night
Not a bad first cabin experience. Each cabin is different in quality and age of modern amenities.
Love the cabins and chalets at this resort! Stayed here several times. Roads are narrow.
We love Hidden Mountain and won’t go anywhere else!
Always an excellent stay. Nice people and great facilities. We have sent many people to stay here.
Great wooded views and luxury amenities in country cabin settings.
The maintenance showed signs of long term neglect. I called twice for maintenance, even had maintenance a how up to remove trash...asked about the maintenance...was told to call to place a work order...and they still never came. As you have read the beds leave much to be desired. The furniture is outdated and in need of repair. The 3 Mbps of WiFi was comical until it wasnt. This is our 3rd year in the Smokeys, and our 2nd at a hidden mountain. Im not sure if there was a management change, a shortfall due to the pandemic, or some other reason why less than stellar customer service is delivered...but I believe we can all.agree to agree that in order to maintain future business, each customer contact must be special and awesome. We will try once more at Hidden Mountain in hopes of allowing the first years great encounter to reoccur and WOW US! I hope this helps someone.
The BEST place to stay while visiting the Smokeys. We will always stay here. Very beautiful, excellent location and great service.
Always a great stay. Should be vack in the fall.
The staff was wonderful! The area was beautiful! The food was excellent! We stayed in the Magnolia 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. Very quiet and comfortable except for two things. The beds were horrible, Im not exaggerating they need replaced ASAP.Those were the only bad things that we could find other than that I suggest this place to anyone any family that loves peace and quiet and loves family time!
I stayed in this cabin for 4 nights 5082 spoonful of sugar. The cabin itself wasnt bad once we got here but it tooks us forever to find.My recommendation is to put the actual address into the gps and not use the map they provide you at. Check in.we.got to the cabin and it smelled like the woods immediately but that was well taken care.of from lighting a candle. The jacuzzi tub in the house had an odor to it.We called maintenance and they said it is because of well water. The bed is a huge California king, but is to close to one side of the wall.i had to carefully get out on my side of the bed.lastly, once it started raining we kept seeing spiders. Overall it was a fair cabin but i prefer the eaat side.i wouldnt trust thise roads at nighttime.
Normally were completely satisfied with Hidden Mountain. We have stayed with this resort multiple times. The week of Christmas we stayed in cabin 4053 where we had to call maintenance 5 minutes after arriving. There was lights out in almost every room and our outside light post did not work either. The main light in the living room didnt even have a socket for a bulb and the other bulb flickered the entire stay. We specifically rented this cabin because of the arcade system seeing how we had a child with us. The arcade system wasnt working upon arrival and maintenance wasnt able to repair it . We were told a 3rd party had to come in. We were in the cabin for 6 days no one ever came in. The roof on the porch was also leaking which soaked the chairs for the patio area. They would not offer a discount or anything due to the issues and not having a operable game room. Very disappointed after the price we paid for a room with a game room and didnt even get to play......... Just had a reply to my review and it says that the light issue or the roof leak wasnt reported, but it was. The maintenance guy brought new bulbs out to the cabin and was also informed about the roof leak and was told it would be looked at after we left! Hidden Mountain was a big let down this stay
Bear Hugs #4045 was an awesome cabin. We couldnt get enough so we stayed an extra day. Looking forward to our next trip so we can come back to the little cabin.
We are so very sad and disappointed to hear that, even after we were called from local Pidgeon Forge entertainment centers that due to COVID-19 they will be closed until June 1st which is 2 weeks after our planned trip and are told we will be given a full refund, Hidden Mountain Resorts will be sticking to their policy of keeping your security deposit if you are canceling your trip for the same reason above. The whole country, no wait, the whole WORLD of hospitality is giving refunds if you have to cancel due to this pandemic as they understand the situation for all, and yet this company who we have stayed at multiple times before is being greedy and still going to make money off of us. They do offer to give a gift certificate for a future stay, but who knows at this point when that will be safe??!?! One family of customers lost.
It was our very first time here. The cabin was equipped with everything you would need, except for food. The cabin was beautiful inside and outside. Even though there were cabins close by you still felt very secluded. We enjoyed the swing on the porch, had breakfast on the table on the porch and also enjoyed beverages in the evening, of course on the porch. We will definitely be back.
Not as expected. Maintenance issues throughout cabin Finally Here.I stayed here in the past, but this visit was very disappointing. I will look at other options for my next visit to the area. I will add more details, pics, & YouTube review coming soon. Dropping to 1 star....smoke detector in upstairs br missing battery, smoke detector in living room area not working. wires sticking out of wall in living room, rear deck rotting, pee stains on pull out couch mattress cover....Kitchen sink hot & cold water reversed (if anyone tried to get cold water, they will get hot instead and vise versa)added 7/18/19Maintenance was aware of the hot/cold water being reversed in kitchen and bathroom, the ceiling fan missing glass globe over bulbs, ceiling fans being out of balance (also missing chains to adjust speed) and stated they would be addressed after we left.
Really nice place to take pictures
Been there many times love it
Friendly people very nice cabins cant wait to visit again
Beautiful place to stay with family nice and peaceful
Cabins are very clean. The reception crew very professional 5 minutes from the mall 5 minutes downtown Pigeon Forge Will be back. Renting cabins for 15 years great place
Had a great time cabin was clean and comfortable
Love the place and people and the atmosphere
It was a great place to stay
Absolutely beautiful.
Our cabin was beautiful.
Not happy at all!! (Spoonful of Sugar)We had to pass our driveway & turn around on the road beside us just to be able to pull into the driveway - horrible setup.Arrived at our cabin to dirty dishes on the table, sticky stuff all over the kitchen table & the living room table as well. The smell of the whole cabin wasn’t pleasant, but made do with candles & cologne. The water smells like sewage in the sinks, shower & the hot tub.Turned on the hot tub jets & the water got so cloudy you couldn’t even see your skin under the water!!!Claims the cabin was decorated for Christmas, but there’s a tree the size of a pinky sitting on top of a table & that’s the decoration. The back patio is accessible through the master bedroom’s bathroom THAT DOES NOT LOCK!!!! Safe, right??A L L of the towels & rags had brown stuff on them when we arrived, so we went to a local store & bought fresh towels & rags.Tiny tiny tiny washer & dryer set. Everything is seriously outdated & needs a makeover.Will. Not. Ever. Book. With. This. Company. Again.& I know the owners take such great pride in their cabin, but I hate it for them bc this company is not giving the cabin the love it deserves. The lady at the front desk at check in was super sweet though!!!!!
Great place with amazing views of the Smoky Mountains and Pigeon Forge.
Excellent community of cabins and services!
We have rented cabins through Hidden Mountain many many times and have never been disappointed. Its the only place we will rent from.
Great to see the sunrise over looking the lake.
Again another epic trip!!! Hidden mountain Resort are a must...5 star cabins with different themes..we love cabin 4113 Hearts on Fire cause we can bring are little rescuers..amazing family vacation !!!! Cant wait to give back!
Friendly at check in...cabin was awesome
So peaceful!! Sitting outside at night on the screened in porch listening to the insects going wild.
Always a great time here. Beautiful pool, cabins are amazing and unique with each having their own personality. Staff is excellent and very responsive. Overall excellence!
Beautiful cabins make living away from home so easy. A bathroom in each bedroom makes getting ready a breeze. Washer and dryer are small but make doing laundry a breeze without taking all day. Located on some steep hills; use caution when navigating. Some cabins have their own pool (or so Ive heard) but there is a community pool thats open until 10p most days.
Wasnt happy with this cabin! #8018Huge ants crawling everywhere even on us when we sat down. Not enough lighting, not enough seating, the upstairs bathroom would leak down in our shower when someone took a shower, mold upstairs, one pot holder, one dish cloth, one drying cloth and not enough utensils or pots to cook with, dishes were dirty had to wash them before we used them(lipsick on glasses)couldnt get the light to work over the ping pong table and there needed to be a fan on the screened in porch... oh and our bedroom closet had the chest of drawers, a Christmas tree and a sweeper. No room to hang our clothes!!! There were battery operated lights in the washer and dryer closet and guess what?? No working batteries in them.. just very disappointed.. I think I am done with hidden mountain resort. I have stayed in these cabins for years, but I feel they are going down hill...
I cant say enough about this place. Staff was so inviting and friendly. They helped me out if a jam from another resort. The cabins were very clean and such a beautiful place. The only slight bad was the cabins need to update their mattresses. I will be back
Love the cabins! Always a great time and great crew to deal with they are wonderful!
Such a peaceful place to stay. We enjoyed our cabin, but even more so was outside the cabin. It was so nice and relaxing to take a walk down to the fish ponds and feed the fish, stroll through the covered wooden bridge, and more. So many beautiful spots on this property. We loved it. Beautiful garden areas and water ways. This was just a relaxing vacation. If we ever make another trip to the Smokies, I feel that we will almost certainly stay with Hidden Mountain Resort again.
Wonderful cabins literally in the sky! Mountain view!
Beautiful
Great location, great view, clean, and super gracious hosts. Would recommend it to anyone and will definitely be coming back. Also very little light and sound pollution, great place to go stargazing. The only thing I could complain about was the price. It was too cheap, they should be charging double for this place.
Great place no matter where you stay. My wife and I kicked it off at Fowl Play 18 years ago. Now we return with our 3 children every few years. Christian business with staff that reflect those beliefs. Not real impressed with the Villa we are staying in, several minor issues but based off everything else we cant give less than 5 stars.
It was awesome. The hospitality the cleanliness and the atmosphere was over and above. I would highly recommend it and cant wait to go back.
Stayed at 1948, which is part of what is called The Old Home Place, & it was a very nice little cottage. Its 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, with a bonus room with twin bed. It has full kitchen, washer/dryer, pretty much anything you would need to have a comfortable vacation. Resort is very attentive to any issues that may arise during stay, which is a plus for me! Overall, I would recommend Hidden Mountain & I would definitely stay there again! Thanks for a comfortable Thanksgiving vacation!
Relaxing Place
Great staff very friendly and attentive
Always a great get away ! Been visiting for 31 years!
Came here for a family reunion, stayed in cabin 4116.Pros:- Bathroom for each room- Nice wood interior with a deck on the upper and lower levels.- On demand water heater so plenty of hot water for everyone.Cons:- Hotel style credit card door entry. This was a HUGE pain with kids/etc running in and out and no method to disable. Could not simply leave the bolt lock extended while present as the door would fall/drift open instantly.- Air Conditioning was not able to keep up when the temps were in the 90s, lower level would get 10F cooler than the first floor where the thermostat was located.- Fridge is full size, but we ran out of room with our family.- Pool table had an entire side bumper broken.- Had to purchase our own ping pong table balls.- On-site WiFi is just enough, would not be acceptable for even mild emergency business use.Watch your kids on the road, the resort staff buzz around pretty fast in their utility vehicles.Overall id stay here again.
We went for a weekend getaway! The Cabin was cute and the community was nice. The guy that rented the cabin beside us was rude. He parked his truck in the only parking space we had because he had other people coming. He was mad because we asked him to move out of our one parking spot. The shower in the bathroom was very small, and we could not use the tub in the bathroom because big black ants kept climbing out of the wall around it and dying in the bath tub! As soon as you would clean them out more would fall in! When we told the guy at check out that it was nice except the aunts crawling out of the walls into the tub all he had to say was oh well we will have someone check it. We stayed in 4019. So if you are staying there this week, get prepared to clean up some ants daily! The kitchen living room area was nice and the porch with Hot tub was nice. Like the area it was in because it was hidden and very quiet!
All paved roads to cabins. A lot of steep areas with room for one car which makes it scary when passing another car. Okay for small suv or car. We had a minivan which was tough to make turns navigating throughout resort. Cabins and porches are the cleanest we have ever seen during our stays over 30yrs of renting cabins in the Smokies. I would bring my own coffee maker since one provided is extremely used. You must not be afraid of heights to use the resort. However they do offer cabins at ground level which is good. We stayed 2x in 2 different cabins in a 30 day period. We are trying to find our weekend getaway since Cobbly Nob is no longer an option.
Quiet, relaxing and beautiful.
Cute. Booked last minute.
Great place! This is the only place we stay when we go there. The staff is super friendly and very helpful with everything. The cabins are always kept up nice and very clean.
Beautiful, clean cabins. Great views! We always stay here when in Pigeon Forge area
Excellent, will defenally recommend it and go again, super awesome people.
Let me just say that my wife and I have stayed at Hidden Mountain Resort for several years, both in the RV Del and the cabins. We have always been treated as family (in a great way) and have never been disappointed in the service. The cabins have been incredible. It is so good we just made the decision to buy a cabin and become one of the owners and join their team.
Awesome cabins! Great location! Awesome views! Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Cabins very clean and comfortable. Close to The Barn!
So close to a five star rating. The location is hard to beat, and the view is bar none. We have stayed in the 5 bedroom, 4 and 1/2 bath cabin at the top of the mountain for the last three years. It can accommodate our entire family with everyone in a bed, which has proven to be a challenge for many venues. We love that there is a linen exchange now, as it makes things much easier. The drawbacks include the black mold that is ever present in one of the upstairs bathrooms on the ceiling, reported multiple times. Im sure it is due to poor ventilation in the bathroom, but still seems as though they could remedy it somehow. The washer and dryer combo is stackable, and is smaller because of that, which is fine. But it literally takes hours to dry a small load of clothes. Im not sure if it should be replaced or if there is another issue, but it is nearly completely useless. All in all, a fantastic find, and essentially a hidden gem. Despite these issues, I would certainly recommend.
