Loved the week we spent here. We had a 3 bedroom and had plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. We enjoyed the water park and just hanging out at the resort. My only complaint was our extremely loud upstairs neighbors which obviously is not the resorts fault. I recommend requesting a room on the top floor if possible.

If you dont mind commuting to Gatlinburg and/or pigeon forge 45 minutes to an hour each way (TRAFFIC!) then great place. The 6 to 8 mile drive can be a little too long for kids. Friendly staff, clean resort (even during covid). If (or when) the area around the resort grows like pigeon forge did, this may be an awesome place to visit again.

Waterpark was cool, rooms were cute but not as clean as I would have liked. All bathroom rooms has dainty sinks and there were nats. We left earlier than anticipated

Having access to the Waterpark as part of the rental was a plus. Also, having a full kitchen along with full dish & cook ware and pretty balcony view was great. What we did not care for was the hard mattress and very hard pillows. The edges on our screen door was slightly ripped and some of the caulking in the bathroom shower was moldy. Also, the toilet seat was peeling and the toilet is a bit low. However, my family and I would definitely stay again.One last thing, be prepared to be hastled about sitting through a 90 min timeshare seminar.

Room was great however the indoor waterpark stayed packed with people. So, due to the pandemic we didnt venture to use it.

We have stayed here twice now and have been thoroughly impressed each time. The suites have been well maintained and clean as well as adequately stocked for meals and such. The kids of course all love the water park and arcade. The restaurant as well as the snack bar in the water park are good as well.

Nice clean facility, attentive staff. Awesome waterpark. It was nice to go to a place and feel normal. There are mask rules but its hard to wear them.in the water. They dont sweat you about wearing it. It was many people of different color and zero tension. Every respects each other.

We had a few issues, but they were promptly address! This is a great place to bring the kids for a much needed break from all the chaos!!!

We enjoyed a great short weekends getaway at Club Wyndham. We were surprised at the layout of the room and the spaciousness. We had a 3 bedroom suite and had more than enough room for our family. We will definitely be choosing club wyndham for our next stay.

Nice setting plenty to do both on and off site. Lots of good restaurants and activities. Plenty of shopping. Resort has its own water park.

Most people these days work while they travel and our family is no exception and we brought our kids here because school is done on-line as well. Unfortunately the WiFi here was TERRIBLE and the CELLULAR service around this hotel is non existing!!!I would never recommend this hotel even though some of the accommodations were nice. Everyone these days is always on their cell phones, tablets or laptops and with no AT&T service and awful WiFi our family definitely wont be back.

This is an amazing place to have a family vacation, especially if your kids are under 12 years old. There are a lot of activities within the hotel. With a short drive you get to all the attractions the smoky mountains are known for.

Huge complex with a water park. At check in they gave me many ideas of where to go and how to avoid traffic. We stayed in a 2 bedroom presidential unit. We will be back.

Second time visiting, this particular Club Wyndham resort, always clean and the proximity to other events and site is wonderful.

The rooms were amazing! Spacious bedrooms with joining bathroom with dual vanities. Master with a king bed and jacuzzi. Full kitchen with dining area and living area. We had a balcony overlooking the golf course. Access to the indoor water park was great for our kids! Arcade was kind of pricey but if you buy the pass for the other activities, its more affordable than purchasing a few individually.

Loved it, large rooms with enough space to fit a large family like my own.

Beautiful and comfortable. The first suite we had was clean, but there were countless grungy black fingerprints on the edges of the white doors Our second suite was even more gorgeous, but FILTHY dirty Candy wrappers and litter on the floor. Broken bathroom door. Broken screen in master bedroom. Disgusting black fingerprint grunge on the edges of the white doors. It was deplorable for such a beautiful setting.Vacationers BEWARE ️

Rooms are well appointed and very clean. Stayed in a Presidential Suite and was very pleased with the interior decor. They included free passes to the neighboring waterpark which was an added bonus.

Best family vacation for entire family. My mother and her 4 kids plus in laws and even all the grandkids come here every year for the last several years ranging in ages of 63 down to 1 year old and we stay in connected condo plus suites. Pretty cheap compared to how nice the place is and how much is included in just the hotel price. Several restaurants, bars, candy stores, gift shops, arcade that includes mini golf and lazer tag and even bowling....not to mention the indoor and outdoor waterparks within a min or two walk from your room. You can stay busy without ever leaving the resort. Older kids can go off on there own and do there on thing while adults do whatever they want if you want a break. Best bang for you buck ! I recommended it to everyone! stars(extra star)

The experience was great. The condo itself had 2 broken locks, a broken shower head, wads of Kleenex thrown on a picture frame, and the AC went out. The amenities at the Wilderness were awesome. Next time, I will stay at Wilderness and not through Wyndham.

It is a very clean kept place, nice accommodations for staying within the hotel and the water park is fabulous. There are plenty of slides/pools for both children and adults. My father, husband, and two children all had a blast here.

The property here is beautiful and comes with everything for a week of fun. A trolley system, that runs every 5 mins to get you anywhere on the property. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Fully equipped including a jacuzzi tub and washer and dryer. Every worker we encountered on our week stay greeted us and asked if we needed anything. The only thing I didnt like was the low water pressure in both showers. But, it wasnt a vacation ender. We loved every minute. Sleeping 6 hours a day and playing games, swimming in the multiple pools, doing pottery, and eating at some wonderful eateries right on property. This is a must do vacation!!

I was so happy with our stay the suite was huge beautiful and comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again. The waterpark thats included is awesome and overall we had an amazing time, the room was so nice we almost didnt want to go do activities and 1 day we didnt lol.

The Wyndham resort and staff have been wonderful, they got to answer all of our questions! Ralph at the front desk was super helpful with getting us tickets to local attractions at a discount for Wyndham owners! The indoor water park area is awesome and has something for all ages! Make sure to get there early to get a place for your belongings. They do have lockers available for purchase. We were able to get into the pool area while our room was still being cleaned to get ready so have that stuff ready in case! We had a 3 bedroom deluxe and it was very spacious and nicely done! Plenty of food options on site but will pay the resort price. Walmart is about a 10 minute drive. I definitely recommend this resort! We only were able to stay 2 nights but would love to go back for longer!

Positive: It felt like we were at home. We felt really comfortable & relaxed. The room was super clean. I loved how the kitchen is fully equipped with EVERYTHING. The washer & dryer was also a saver, especially with having toddlers.

We had a nice time but bathrooms need updating...one bathroom water would stand in tub for long time...the other one the showerhead was awfull it would spray everywhere or not at all

The room was great, the waterpark was clean and fun, the check in was easy until they sent me to the time share sales person. This gentleman was pleasant until I told him that I wasnt interested and then he became seemingly disgusted that I didnt want to sit for an hour and a half and listen to this presentation. Because of his responses and attitude I will likely not return.

If youre lucky enough to be a member to experience this gem consider yourself fortunate. Empeccibly clean rooms, extremely cordial staff and (1) million things to do. Waterparks, indoor and outdoor, arcade, bowling, hot tubs, restaurants, Starbucks, Jacuzzis in the rooms, golf course and close proximity to the mountains. It is simply perfect.

I have been an owner for 20 years with Worldmark/Wyndham and I have to say I was extremely disappointed in this resort and the customer service we received. My family had been planning this location for over a year and we knew that there would be a few hiccups w/Covid, but not to this extent. I checked with the Wyndham right up to the time we could cancel our trip w/a full refund and we were told they were closing the outdoor area early due to staffing, but they were allowing use of Soaky (that would suffice) and everything else would be open. Got there to find out that Soaky was only open on the weekends and our stay was a Sunday-Thurs. Okay, well at least the indoor area was open...nope...the two largest slides in the indoor were closed too for our week and so was the gym (which I specifically called to check to make sure it was open because my husband is recovering from radiation and is trying to regain his strength and the gym brings him peace). Also, the waterpark and hot tub were only open until 8pm! So...you can imagine with a family of 5 to entertain I was a little frustrated! At check in I was directed to my concierge who I tried to explain my frustrations and ask if they were offering any discounts on the stay and play package or anything else so that I had more options for my boys since probably 70% of the included (free) extras of this resort were closed for our use. Instead of listening he proceeded to constantly interrupt me to tell me it wasnt their fault it was Wilderness and if I wanted to sign up for an update he could give me credit there to spend for my stay and play....uuugh...isnt your name on the sign out front (no accountability)! I walked away and returned the next day at 11am (when I was calmer) to get my welcoming packet and I was told there was no one there at concierge/or front desk who could help me until after 1pm, maybe 2pm. Needless to say...we ended up spending a ton more money on a vacation we did not intend to, to take our children out of the resort to activities that were OPEN! No drinks that you bought at the bar (not even water) allowed at the side or near the hot tub (and we watched them check and correct adults regularly at the outdoor hot tub). My son used his tickets he earned all week at the arcade to buy a sign (that was in a box in a bag), he walked away and found out his brothers had tickets on their cards he could use to get a bigger version of the same prize and when he went back to ask to exchange it (unopened...untouched) they told him no (I understand Covid...they could have wiped the cardboard box down to reshelf it). The room itself was beautiful, our waterpark bartender was awesome (he recommended the Local Goat for dining and it was great), the male lifeguard that ran the Surf Rider was very patient and helpful, and the manager at the arcade/games was a good listener at some of my frustrations (lol...my boys spent a lot of time there). I called my timeshare, waited on hold for 45 minutes to get a quality specialist, spoke with her, was promised a return call within a couple of days and guess what...its been 5 and no call back. I think this place could be an amazing experience, unfortunately it was not for us for the money that we pay to be owners.

So much things to do if you don’t want to leave the resort. It’s our second time here and we still love it! View from our room. Highly recommended!!!

We may have gotten rained out a couple of days, but that didnt stop us from having an amazing time! The resort is so pretty and well maintained. I highly recommend the Lodge for your next vacation!!

Day 2 and we are loving it. The kids are enjoying all that the Resort has to offer. The water parks are wonderful. Our room is clean and has all that we need plus more.

My children and I had the best time!! The outside water park was so much fun! The indoor water slides were closed for resurfacing but there was still the wave pool and two other pools. Plus, a few other kid friendly stuff. All the lifeguard were very diligent in watching the pools and slides. The surf rider proved to be quite fun for the kids, too! Life gaurd Daniel, was so nice and helpful! Made the kids feel confident and helped them get the hang of it.

Avoid this place at all costs. We werent even able to enjoy our vacation. The timeshare sales reps are very deceptive. They will keep you way longer than promised and do anything to make a sale. A Wyndham rewards credit was opened in my name without my knowledge or consent. The sales person Michael assured both myself and my husband all they were doing was updating our information. That turned out to be a BOLD faced lie as I got alerted to a hard credit check and new credit card! Both my husband and myself explicitly asked for detailed information about what they were doing only to be lied to. I called and questioned Michael after the fact and was told he would review our file get right back to me. Guess what? He never called back! Very disheartening experience. Wyndham does not value or respect their customers; theyre all about the migthy dollar and a sale. If youre not purchasing more and more and more youre of no use to them. Please do yourself a favor and avoid.Email provided in reply from Wyndham gets returned as undeliverable

We are taking a long weekend with a friend who has never been to the area before. Our unit is beautifully appointed and spacious though housekeeping is a bit lax. This is my second time here so we really like the resort, with the added bonus of the waterpark its a win-win for all.

Checkin was quick and easy. The front desk was very informative about what was available on property which included activities with Santa, Ice skating and an indoor waterpark. Our room was a two bedroom and I was extremely impressed with the condition of the room and it had lots of space for us and our three kids. I will definitely stay here again!

Great place for families! Fun for the kids. We have 4, ages 11, 6, 6, and 4 and there was something for everyone.

Our stay was great. We did not get to utilize all the amenities because our kids got sick while there. We made the best we could though. Enjoyed the hot tub very much. Kids got one night at the arcade and had a blast. The room was fantastic. Stayed in the Wyndham condo. Super clean and beautiful. Very comfortable for our family. We will be back.

For my first visit, it was okay. The indoor water park was great! The Thirsty Miner Restaurant was delicious and still close enough to get to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

One of our favorite vacations every winter. We go in the off season while things are slow. We enjoy this time so much more than going to stand in line for hours to only ride the slides a few times.

The place is great. I like how they have life guards in every sections. Plus, a water park outside and inside. The food in the food court is okay and the spice drinks are nasty. The no spice drinks are good. Also, the rooms looks great. The only fall back the customer service when you checkin they force you to go the meeting and even lie to with an attitude. Very poor service on that part. But, after you handle that you have a great time.

I was and always am astounded at how friendly the staff is and how helpful they always are. This is my number one vacation preference in the summer and if you rent one of the one bedroom duplexes ... You will NOT be disappointed.... Even the regular rooms are absolutely gorgeous and comfortable.... So homey... Feels like home Everytime I stay there and I do not want to leave I would literally live there if it was possible I love their rooms! And dont even get me started on how amazing the water park is! My kiddos love it and so do I .... If you go, please ride the one skinny blue slide they have it is the best one there if you are a thrill seeker! Its so fun!

Outdoor pools closed for summer way before summer ended

Latge property and great location near plenty of shopping and attractions.

Our first time here and we had a fun time celebrating our daughters 15th birthday. The good: accomodations are really nice. The rooms are clean, furnished well, and stocked with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The staff has been warm and accommodating and the water park is remarkable even though its winter and were only using the inside park. The layout and design is effective even with larger crowds. The not so good: the sales staff is overactive, so be prepared for that. The shower heads are annoying. Its not the water pressure but the spray. It either goes everywhere or in one jet stream. Lastly, you hear a fair amount of noise from neighbors as enough soundproofing was not done in construction. Overall, we have been really impressed and have thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Have decided this will be a place we come back to again for sure.

So nice and the waterpark (indoor and outdoor) is incredible! The room was beautiful overlooking the golf course. The ocean wave pool was so much fun -- felt like a kid again jumping into the waves. Four huge, twisty slides -- you slide down on a raft with 2-3 of your friends or you can go by yourself on a raft. Super fun!

Quick in and out and very helpful, except when a private conference room was need for 1 hour. Told to use car.

Wyndham resort was great in Tennessee we even got to see snow this year Christmas lights are absolutely beautiful skating rink areas beautiful outside door area from the bar with the fires are great they have music from 8 to 10 outside drinks are expensive the drink before you go there

We were so thankful to have a weekend away in Gatlinburg courtesy of Eva Blackburn Renaker and Buddy Renaker. Unfortunately Little Josh’s Bunny overslept the morning we were leaving and hid under the covers in the bed. He certainly was having too much fun and didn’t want to leave! We were close to home before realizing Bunny was not on the trip. The amazing staff at Wyndham Great Smokies Lodge took Bunny to have some fun and sent us a book showing his adventures! The trip was amazing but this is over the top service!! Thank you so much!!

I love this place its perfect if u dont have alot money u can buy food and cook there the whole kitchen and u can wash your own clothes it really helped me out cause didnt have very much cash

Nothing to complain about and Im good at finding things to complain about.

I enjoy these locations. We used a discovery package and checked this place out. Staff are friendly. Suites are always in top cleanliness however two other times we have visited alternate locations items were broke in the suite like the bathtub jets etc.They are also quite pushy when it comes to visiting for another tour to get you to buy in. Or buy more. The costs dont really match our life style so we used our points thats it.If you dont want to be bugged just dont give your cell. They will call the room but just unplug the phones or open the line and dont worry about it.

Always a great time at the wilderness.

We spent 5 nights at the resort. Lots of great amenities on the property. Two outdoor watter parks with some thrilling slides and slower water attractions, something for the whole family.The property is close enough to area attractions like the madness that is Pigeon Forge, as well as a nice drive to the mountains and Gatlinburg.Property was well maintained. Some the water attractions were down for maintenance mid week, but everything was running on the weekend. We had some minor issues with our suite, but the front desk was quick to dispatch a technician that was friendly and helpful.

Our yearly stay with the kids in TN being owners and all. The facility and amenities are wonderful. Always quiet.

Check-in with Wyndham was quick. We were able to get to the pool before going to the room. The Suite was spacious and clean. We needed help with a blender, and the staff took care of it right away. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Games and pool made it easy to stay on property and have fun. A great break!

Great place to take the kids year round. Heads up, if your child is under 42” they will be much more limited in what they can ride. We always stay at the Stonehill lodge and take the shuttle to and from the indoor water park. It’s about a 5min shuttle ride and the shuttle runs about every 15min. With your stay parking is included and water park passes for each person in the room. If you stay at stonehill lodge you will have a microwave and mini fridge in the room.

Huge rooms, very clean, if you need anything they are right there. Close to shopping. Helicopter rides are right across the street. Its overall a great place to stay.

Rude staff. No one ever answered our calls for room service. Lost our pass for water park. $ 30 per person if you cant trade it in for a new one. Even though you paid for the waterpark with the reservations. The governors crossing is a much better hotel. All front desk employees acted stuck up towards all guests. There was no upside to the hotel besides being away from the rude staff inside your room. Worst hotel Ive ever had the experience of visiting, save your money and take your family else where. Also smoke free facility except for staff apparently. Below us the whole stay is there smoking area for staff. But we cant smoke on the balcony directly above them. If a paying guest wants to smoke the have to walk all the way back to their vehicle.

Staff not wearing masks, room was dirty, and other guests were incredibly rude.

My wife and I recently spent a week here. This was our fourth time to stay here. It is a great place and we love to come to this location . The rooms and the property are well kept and clean. The location is also ideal.

The rooms were pretty to the average eye. Kids saw the good parts. When you looked closer there were patches of different paint on the walls that looked like they got the wrong patch up color. The kids bathroom beside the tub was patched and looked beaten by something. The master bathroom tub was disgusting with hair that had to be recleaned. The pillow cases were thrown together on the bed as shown below. Very sloppy. It was obviously not the nicer rooms we saw over looking the waterpark attached to the front lobby...maybe because we werent VIP rooms or time share. The waterpark was fun and exciting, everything was open except one thing, but we didnt care.We should have stayed at the Wilderness side...where one restaurant said they only delivered food to the wilderness rooms. Maybe the I care attitude would have existed by some of the front desk attendants. Some were nice and helpful, one was actually sleeping when we walked up.

The resort was awesome! It was so much to do at the resort that we didnt have to leave. We stayed in a 2 bedroom deluxe and the room was beautiful! Only issue I had was checking in, the room wasnt ready at 4pm, in which after a long drive that could be very frustrating when you are tired and ready to relax. After complaining they did get me another room. Other than that I had no issues. My family and I had so much fun and we definitely will come back soon!

Our stay was excellent, with one major exception. The snack bar at the game room messed up an order, which was no big deal. When my wife and son-in-law tried to explain the mistake (hair in the food), the lady that made the mistake (not wearing a hairnet or hat) was very rude, and my wife had to talk to the manager to have the sandwich remade. My wife didnt ask for anything free, just that the food be sanitary (Seems like a simple request).

So much fun! Guns of Nice people there in they were all very accommodating. They werent fake either. My daughter and I will definitely be back and hope to see the same people again, but if not, I have faith in their staff that theyll be kind and always offer to help. Great atmosphere as well!

Good time but you can only have 4 devices in a room or they will charge you $10.00 a day. What are the high maintenance fees for?
